While it may look cool it's typically a good idea to cut the celerey stalk and let the properly forming flower sites get more energy to develop. If you take at cutting from the healthy growth the mutation wont transfer to the cutting later in life. Cheers!

I harvested the Brothers Grimm "Puck Yes" today.

I apologize for whatever setting I changed on my camera that created the weird focus. I know I did switch to Auto ISO, but I can't imagine that affected the focus. Oh well, they are still purty. : )
