You always grow a beastly plant. Great stuff. I really should try the whole peat moss, pumus rock thing. I know a local grower that does that in a green house with 60-100 gallon air pots, and gets 3lbs or more per plant.

Cheers for the kind words bro, means alot.. Yeah well IMO and experience, as long as I have about 50% HUMUS soil and the rest a good quality pot mix, I also add some slow release ferts, not much maybe 2 moderate handfulls p/pot..
The Humus holds water more so than other pot mixes and it also has natural nutrients which also have active microbes etc; this is my fave dirt to use, but as it holds water - thats why I use another mix that usually has mostly pine bark and is usually a more aerated soil so together they balance out to hold enough water with out staying soaked..
If I was able to do a nice outdoor Id prob go with a greenhouse too - but with clear PVC roof lining or somethin, and yeah 3pound p/plant would be what Id expect for a decent LST d/ SCROGd plant over a whole season, Tho theres guys here that have gotten 14lb off 1 plant! JamesThe Green is the man!! His plants make me smile I LOVE EM, Natural weed TREES,not plants!! Some pics of his girls are about 11ft tall x 9ft wide, the diameter would be crazy!! But he has grown some really awsum specimens, Ive only met one guy personally who has grown a plant that size to maturity, He was lucky - the buds are long as his arms... How can you NOT like it??

Cheers fa stopping in again bro! Im glad you like the look of her buds so far, thanks for the nice props too bro - I am not sure if this strain has a long flower period or not? Im finding myself daily checking and thinking she s getting close, But when I see that theres still the gaps between buds in the colas to fill in some more and that not all pistils have turned it then makes me think " na, just abit longer"..
So Im just letting her kill off all the leaves she wants to and watching the buds, if I see bananas Ill start thinking of chopping her, But I really hope she has at least another bloom to go as she IS LACKING in weight I GUESS? Theres 13/14 cola s, but the top canopy of buds is average and then the popcorn arent much to behold so its really a shame that I friggin put that tether down that day during Veg - shit, it was only tied to hold it for a second as I moved another, but as soon as I finished hooking the tether up I heard " CHIK " and without looking I knew what happened.. So Im going to be patient with my nxt girl and do things PROPERLY!! I cannot afford to break another main stem, as it impacts me as im outta weed before I usually am and then have to borrow some... ME NO LIKEY...
I have more pics I just snapped and you can see some gain in size on one of the buds in the pics in the last 3 days, nothing majot but she fluffed up a little more - I love looking at her when lights just go out under normal light, Sparkles like a diamond, I hope she has some kick to her smoke..

Well I am loving this cured C99xPR Its got a deep smell to it now and when you exhale you are engulfed with its flavour.. And then the heavy eyes set in, I am pretty pissed that I dont have the 5 oz to store away for 12 mnths now, Im down to like 2 But its better than none I guess.
I am really hoping that I do ok this harvest and that nxt girl is treated a little more carefully, ya cant be rough with all the girls - Some are more sensitive than others and some make you wait longer than you want to as well! lol
Anyways, Im rippin one down and goin to bed. Tqake it easy everyone thanks for the support from you guys its been a great experience sharing and learning from other like minded creative individuals as we are and diverse as a RUBICS CUBE does that even make sense??
O-o Not sure.. Oh well, Laterz everyone... Smokem

Hello everyone!!
Sorry I havent been around for while, busy times of late... Anyways, I have 2 sprouts up atm that look promising, one is a shorter faster developing plant and the other is a taller one with just a bit thinner leaves.
Lucy has been going well, she is down to mainly all bud now, some leaves are still among the buds but most have turned yellow and dying, Ive checked her trichs and theyre still mostly CLEAR Some are cloudy but it seems Ill have a few more days to go, the spot I burned is now over grown by fresh calyxes, her trichs are AWSUM Some buds just look like jam donuts, covered in sparkly sugar, I hope its a good smoke!
Anyways heres some photos, some are out of order and are taken earlier than others.

And heres the first sprout that came up she s a cutey.. Im considering givng one of my sprouts to a mate as he tried to germinate 20 seeds and got none to tap root!! He did it wrong IMO and if 20 sprouted what was he gunna do?? :/
So Ill let these babies go a bit longer til harvest in a couple days and will keep the best looking, already they stand just on an inch in height but have roots to the bottom of the cup ( about 15cm ) which is pretty good, HUMUS SOIL AT ITS BEST

OK well thats nearly about it up to now, I have alot of Gnats Ive killed and theres been a few around Lucy of late which shits me, I am gunna have to give the space a good clean up before the next girl goes in.
The sprouts are under a CFL atm, but due to the root growth Im gunna have to transplant em soon, and add more light, Ill use CFL's for the first couple weeks til it bushes out...
Thanks for taking the time to drop in, and soz I havent bin on here for a bit - my PC shat itself, I thought the H/drive was screwed but turns out DUST was the culprit! OK well Ill update current pics soon, as babies are bigger and Im closer to harvest - Its been 60 days or so, Ill give her no more than 70 before harvest. Buds are ok, Im happy with what she managed to do, but from the point where the stem snapped youl see how much Ive potentially missed out on.. Next update Ill have all stem pics and HARVEST

tasty looking buds..i got a sprout bout that size..its bagseed..unknown strain/sex..it sprouted in a jiffy pellet...i put all in a netpot...covered with stones and put over a 5 gal with a fog device...see how far i get with this one..got the fogger on a timer..got to be some way for me to get a lb inside...stay focus..

Hello everyone, hope your all having a great day!
I am happy as the weather here has been a little better than previous month or so, we re getting some sunny days again I hate it when it constantly wet outside.
Anyway, heres some recent pics of my seedlings, either one I decide to keep will be named " Teresa Green " but - Teresa for short I am tossing up which one to choose it will depend on eithers growth traits, if theres nice sized leaves and I can see some nodes forming Ill lean towards that, I think the shorter of the 2 has these characteristics..
Ok well here s my next project - Project Teresa - and we will see if I have better luck with her than witht his grow, long as I dont break the main stem I should be ok! lol.. Heres my twins:::

Which would you choose at this stage? Soz if pics arent too good.. I STILL have that prob, but I have also found some new technique for TRICH SHOTS!!!!

Thanks for your opinion Miwa!!!
I am still deciding, Ill have to move fast as the root structures are crazy at this size already, So Ill be moving them tomoz.
As for which Ill go with, each has its good aspects, one is a fast grower and is tall, which should help me to LST it, the other is shorter and has good development, but one side of the 3 bladed leaves that are forming is slightly smaller than its opposite one. So dont know if that a sign of bad genetics, its minimal really, just me being cautious - The other is perky and wants to grow UP and its not badly sized leaf wise either..
Wont be much longer until harvest time I may give it 70 days, either way her time is nearing til harvest... I LIKE HARVESTING.. Anyways, will update again soon guys and hope youre all growing well and safe. Have a good one, chat soon - Thanks to everyone, SMOKEMUPM8

Yeah Im trying not to pull her early, but I think she is close to being finished..
Her leaves are yellowing and dying off, there may still be some slight growth but I think maybe thats she is just about done, Ill have a good look at her trichs soon and if theyre starting to amber well I ll chop her down.

Howdy folks!! Welcome to my latest twin - separation, I have selected one that I may keep - she's in the large pot and the other has been temp. potted until I decide for sure which Ill keep.
But I think Ill go with Miwa 's suggestion as she has started to even out on the growth of one side of its first 3 bladed leaves, So I hope that it will continue this way and even though she was the shorter of the 2 sprouts, it had the larger root system.. The taller one had about 1/3rd the roots, but looked the faster grower.
Anywho, Ive since setup my possible keeper under 2 CFL's and the other is in a white cone shaped cover with Hi-output CFL, which should keep it going but it did suffer a near tradgedy when my othr half accidentally knocked her over just after her transplant and now instead of being perky she s drooped her leaves a little now Hope she will recover, only some soil was knocked out no actual plant damage thankfully, but my heart sank for a second then!
Well, here s todays pics of my next contender for a hopeful 1.5 pound producing plant :::

And there she sits below her 2 tanning lights Hoping she dont burn!! No lotion on her as yet.. lol.. But yeah, I hope that it will grow ok, may not do much for next day or so as it settles in, but I do hope to grow this into a nice plant. I have done a bit of re-reading of my old grow details, and I have to change some things this time as I have wasted light and time with this grow, I will be happy if come flower time I HAVENT snapped the main stem!!!

Cheers for dropping in and for your kind words too mate! Yeah well Im keeping the other sprout going but as I was planning on donating her to someone for them to care for, even tho I kno their growing knowledge is MINIMAL at best, I just offered, I can always say - Oh no sorry mate it died? I have her going under 1 CFL atm, I do not have any more space for another plant atm, I have 3 going and thats 2 more than usual so im running extra lighting etc; for the sprouts.
But I was initially keen on the one thats in the smaller cup - as she was growing like a trooper, So I am unsure which will perform the best I just hope that the one Im focussing on will do ok. Ill do my best to keep both sprouts going ok but one may not get as much light as the other unless I can make up a quick DIY job... Hmmm? I aint got much to do today so that may fill in some time!

Welcome everyone, thanks for taking the time to stop in for a sec And yes Miwa, Its a hard one, I went out and got another light fixture and better CFL"s for the other seedling, I couldnt let it die!!
So now it seems to be happy - the one I am thinking of keeping seems to have stalled a bit atm, but I put that down to the transplant, even tho this one had more root structure??!!
But back to my main girl... Lucy is looking good enough to harvest now, But somethings telling me to hold off a few more days - she s stacking on calyxes and still has some small gaps to fill in among cola's, She may not fill out all the way I dont know, But am hoping so.
Ill be flushing her in a day or so, and will assess her from then - trichs are still clear and just turning cloudy, dont think Ive seen an amber yet? Her leaves are slowly dying off, but she will be fine for another week or so if I let her go I rekn.
Anyways, here s a few photos of her buds at lights out:::

The branches are slightly starting to bow due to the weight on top of the larger branches and the colors among them vary from bud to bud but Ill tell you one thing, Im keen to toke her wholesome goodness

Holy Sideways Donkey Dongs, Smokey!

They look Indica dominant, so you may not get Amber.

I have read that only strong sativas go true amber. Clear then amber. Not cloudy.

When Indicas go mostly cloudy, then they are ready.

Cloudy amber means the THC is degrading rapidly.
