Best budget light under $150?

The trouble I have with Mars-hydro quantum boards is if you want to adjust them the adjustments are behind the driver, instead of a dimmer.
There's a new Sheriff in town, that would qualify for you budget.
Their kits are easy to assemble and come with a dimmer, so you don't have to run them at 100% and spend your money on electricity, like with Mars-hydro.
Here's a few options.

I second this, if you can save and wait.

A @Budget LED 250w with the XL heatsink would be perfect for a 2x4!

Hello all. You guys sound like you know a lot more than I do about lighting. I bought a Giixer 1000w full spectrum LED for 69.00 on Amazon. I have a 36x20x62" tent and the two older girls are 19 days old. I think they look good. Light is 24" away and they ain't stretching. Would another light be overkill? I'm thinking about when they are scrogged up and budding, it may be helpful for better buds.
