Can I grow a full plant using an aero cloner?

As title says i have a 12 site cloner, has a 8-10L tank, i can put an air stone in too if it helps?

I have 4 clones rooting now and i would like to do maybe 1 or 2, im only vegging till the 27th of August so the longer they stay in there the more roots i will have.

Any info would be great on this as id love to try it and already have some hydro nutrients, this is the last few plants im doing so if it cant be done i wont be buying something to compensate for it.

I believe @TorturedSoul used an aero at some point. See if he chimes in here...
