A 120 does sound epic cult bet it's a big financial risk dont get me wrong I'd do it if had the chance but I agree with numerous rooms of 8-12 lights can't never get stung to bad that way
So with running coco in the flood An drains would ya just do one water per day

It cost us 125k euros to set up mate. Epic mate, had jcb under the house digging tunnels out, im gutted we cant use it but we see what happens after the summer. Its there and built but just too risky to use right now.

The coco in tbe flood and drain, i will top feed until roots show. Then i will do 1 feed about 3 hours after lights on so the plants have used up whatever is in the pot then once it hots about week 3 flower i will do 2 feeds per day. But i will guage it as i go. The net pots in the Alien system arwnt the best for coco like but we will see how it goes.

Just a quick update. I am going to add another 600w of light to the sèedlings tomorro. They growing soòo slow, but they only have 400w of cfls over them so i will bump the wattage up more and get some more air flow oñ them also. They will be potted up no matter what in 2 weeks max so i have to get them ready asap.

Do you go straight to there final pot once the seedlings have rooted out?
Amnesia haze is everywhere these days
Also stardawg has started to make a big impact around my end

Yeah straight to final pots mate. I only veg 5 or 6 weeks max from germination so its not necessary to pot multiple times, i used to do it but i dont find there is any difference. Yeah i hear stardawg was clone only so im not sure where people are getting seeds from and i doubt its real amnesia. Amnesia is a 13 week flowerer and the amount of people that have told me they bringing amnesia down in 9 weeks is insane. They will be haze crosses most likely just like what im doing in spain.

Hey everyone.

So a little update.

Growth is slowwww on the seedlings, its not normally as slow as this because i normally get more wattage on them sooner. Its just a temorary diy job so i have to be a little more patient than usual. Ive lowered the lighys and they only a few inches about now i wiĺl get a timer on tomorro and drop the hours of light to 18on 6off. Theybhave been on 24hours thus far. That is fine to carry on like that but the roots will growth much faster with a dark spell.

So heres what we have right now...

You can see the start of roots coming out the bottom of the pots. They are white and thick and healthy thanks to the mycorrhizae and the roots excellurator.

Im hoping to get these moved into the new space and get some higher wattage brewing to get these going. The 24 BLZbud that arr going into the fkood and drain system will be potted up in there probs mid next week as they will be harvested monday. So i want those seedlings in that set up the day after they com down. So i have quite a bit of worknthis week with building rooms and harvesting.


Heres a couple pics of the Gorilla Glue that are coming down probs next week, the weightbis poor but quality is good. Pics arent great, i will try get some better ones through the week.

Here are a few pics of the Amnesia hybrid im growing spain. Again this one is vegging real slow but thats deliberate as im not there to train the plants and i didnt want them messed up. Its hard to guide people properly when im not there in person. But my partner is trying...

These will be potted up into 22litre fabric pots at the weekend. I will give them probs 10 days in those then flip. Im hoping it turns out as nice as the one i done earlier in the year because that was a definate 10/10 which is rare as hell. But we will see what happens.


Heres a couple pics of the current room im building. It will be mostly finished tomorro. 8 600w hps Using digital ballasts and dutch barn open reflectors. It should be a nice room.

Anyway thats where we are at for now. I will get some pics up of my harvest tomorrow but inhave a feeling its going to be not great. I havent seen this grow since it was in veg. The guy i do it with has done it start to finish alone as hes going on to do his own thing when this is harvested. Ive been mentoring him for the best part of 5 years and its time for him to go it alone and i truly wish him the best of luck. But i have a feeling he wont last too long alone as its been hard work trying to educate him. But we will see.....

Cheers pal. I'm usually straight to final pot but thinking about getting a small veg tent to get them started so might need to up pot maybe once?! A pal of mine just did some amnesia xxl autos he swears by them he says if you put the xxl's in big pots they can grow huge took him 10 week from start to finish I'm not into the autos myself I like to choose went to flower that way you know or at least have a better idea what you're going to get, the stardawg needs to be ordered from America apparently my pal set ten seeds off and only two popped I'm not sure they're the real deal though???

Heres a few pics from todays harvest. A small grow consisting of 14 plants in 20litre fabric pots with coco coir as usual. 6x 600w hps.

For 14 plants its not a bad result. Half Dr Krippling Incredible Bulk and half im not sure of the strain. I didnt start the grow as i was abroad and my grow partner set it away without me. I havent been involved much with this apart from phone calls keeping him right on his nute mix. This is the first time ive seen them flowering and too be honest they have turned out alot better than i was expecting.

These came down early really. They should have gone to 9weeks but he was desperate for them to come down, he couldnt wait another week for them to ripen off and dense out even more. His loss any how.

Cult how many tops and what height do you aim for before flip when doing 4 plants per light

It just varies mate. Too be honest i dont worry how many tops there are as it always averages out across the room so im not stuck up on that. I just bend alot and i can just tell when they are ready to go. When roof height is a consideration i try to keep the plants as low as poss. I generally veg 5 or 6 weeks when using 20litre fabric pots and they arw just about always ready on time. The seeds ive started in this journal will be a week behind as i normally get them under good wattage pretty quick but iv had to delay on this one but its no problem. Im even favouring 3 plants per light roughly now because in the fabric pots the plants like to get a bit bigger.

Nothing set in stone like mate. I just do it by eye and when they are solidly rooted i will flip them. I dont want them tall, ever, just low and wide.

Also i have replaced the cfls in my seedling room witj a 600hps dual spec because it was a touch too cool in the room and the light wasnt strong enough. Once ive finished building the flower rooms at the weekend, i will make a dedicated veg room also and build it properly. But for now heres a look the the seedlings...

Im using a 600w digital ballast which is dimmable to 300w, 450w and can also run at 660w. To be honest i normally never mess with the dimmer option as it wrecks the life of your bulbs and that doesnt matter if you dim too, it still damages the bulbs. But in tjis instance i may drop the power down to 450w as there is no extraction in the room to control heat and allow plants to breathe. I only have an oscillating fan running to move air. But i will play it day by day. Hopefully they will all be in there new homes at the weekend.

That is Dr Kripplings Incredible Bulk. Its a lovey strain to grow really. Problem is there arw several phenos and all quite different. Its a good commercial strain for sure, breeders say 7-8 week flower but i like to take it to 9 although this one went to 8.

Im looking forward to getting these seedlings potted up and get some real light on them and then this show will get well and truly on the road.

I'll take quality like that everytime, i just grow for myself so dont really need big quantities. .
