What's the difference between the series 3 and 3+s? Close to pulling the trigger on the 250 watt

Like I said in a previous post you will not be disappointed in @Budget LED lights I just purchased my second light from them and when I convert one of our bedrooms into a flower room I will buy from them again. Great people to work with. Justin will make sure you get the Best light for your situation

I am just totally lost when It comes to which model I want to buy.
I'm set on the 250 watt Series 3 SQ models, but like I said I can't determine the differences between the SQ and SQ+.
Also, I currently veg under CFL and have no problem with it but I veg in the same tent as I flower in. Would It be better to get a 3000k or a 3500k bulb ?

Get the Red Spec in 3500k. You will not he disappointed. Then you can veg and flower in the same tent. All you have to do is change your light cycle.

Update!
What’s up everyone! Ive got a big one to go over with you all today to get you all caught up and back on track haha!
I have been swamped and super busy with work and life but have been slowly able to get back into the grind with the garden. I was neglecting a few of my new mothers a bit which needed transplanting and my trimming has almost finished! I’ve got some photos of the Purple Punch and Gorilla Glue as well and some unreal rosin to share! (Visually
)So first thing will be the clones and selected mothers from this round.
I chose 2 GG4 mothers... Phenos #1 and #3 due to trI hone production and overall high from both. They are very similar but I’m not sure which one I really wanted to keep so I’m keeping both to run again!
Purple Punch #2 was my keeper for her fruity skunk and beautiful fades in late flower.
IHG girls are doing well and will be flipped this weekend to flower! I can’t wait to see how they get going and what they turn into! I’ve got my eye on Twisted Helix #1 and Slurricane #2 currently but anything can change come flower and harvest!
Then let’s check out some bud porn! I hadn’t got to trimming the Purple Punch last update but I’ve got lots trimmed now and curing! Let me tell you this stuff is wicked and smokes like a dream. I’ll be doing smoke reports this week for all of my kept Phenos from this past round. Now for some pics!
