First Time Grower Desperate

Hi mates,
things started extremly well, gone a little worse and now looks like a disuster.
My knowledge is only academic and I have zero experience.
Take a look at the pictures and tell me your opinion,
ty a lot.

I honestly don't think you have anything to feel desperate about. The bleaching is either from spilled something, like nute solution - or from being too close to the light. Probably the latter (?) It does seem pretty close though I don't use LEDs - and I see you may have a plant height problem? If so you can tie it down and or/take some tops off and train it lower no problem. The plant looks good and healthy to me. Slightly overfed perhaps.
Your ph range probably needs to be a bit more controlled and higher than 5+ but in general it looks like it's doing fine.
 
Weaselcracker advice is correct,
classical light burn,bend the highest leafs (new grow tipps)down or cut up too much light damage.
Bend the plant with low stress training and trying to exploit the entire room.
otherwise it looks very healthy,good work
 
Looks a little like light bleaching due to closeness of the LED panel used as it appears mainly the upper part of plant effected.

May need to look at some LST or get more distances from led panel one way or another.
