Grow #2

Hey @twnewell nice job on the training - your plants are going to love it :yummy::headbanger:

Watered today. Took about 2L each to fully saturate the medium of each. Not much has changed except where I FIMed the plants. Looks like a bunch of new stems all packed tight together which is the point of FIMing to the best of my knowledge. I will post pictures when i go in there again.

4 different plants, 4 tries at FIMing. Opinions?

Hey @twnewell looks good  give them a week and they’ll be looking great :snowboating:

They slowed down a bit when I first FIMed them, but now they have taken off again. A lot of growth in under 24 hours. This is going to be a fun ride.

Just going over my nute feeding schedule and info on the nute site and I came across this. My question is about this.

“Fertilize with Plant-Prod MJ™ Grow at 0.8 – 1.2 g per 1 litre (100-150 ppm N) on a constant feeding schedule.”

Do they mean feed every watering? Or to just keep the feeding schedule the same as what you have been doing?

I would think not, but I have never run promix. The theory is that your plants don't use all of the nutes that you saturate the soil with on a watering, and that by coming in the next time with properly pH adjusted water you simply re-mobilize the nutes still left over. This cleans the medium of all nutes and then when you do come in the next time with your nutes, you are not oversaturating the medium with nutrient.
If someone wants to run nutes all the time, such as in coco... this is why it is appropriate to cut the mix in half.
