I have seen tube of U video's of slugs crawling right on copper tape... they don't seem to mind it. I also read about coffee, leeched coffee is not acidic and provides nitrogen if it is free in large quantities I would try it

note to beer trap users... put them away from your garden or you just call slugs from everywhere into your garden

good idea I wonder if I should visit the local starbucks

Of course you place them away from plants... but if you have them on your plants already.. an over night trap does more good then harm

nah not really on them it was just that one day I saw 2 of them one on a leaf each was a really wet day
don't have them in there anymore but I'm gonna throw out a couple beer traps out away from the plants

You say this like people actually have common sense I assure you some of the "smartest" people do some of the dumbest shit I have ever seen. I have been spotted doing stupid shit all my life I have known a lot of folks that use traps wrong, especially the Japanese beetle traps. My neighbor put one up and went out to check it. It was half full and he said he could stand there and watch them come from everywhere 360 right at him... and his yard

also I chopped the top halfs off the outdoor girls maybe another week or 2 ill do the rest
then ill end this journal and start a new one

I been kinda busy just living life its why I haven't had a chance to upload yet
gotta help a friend hang a couple doors today just waiting for him to get back from the home dep with the casing
and hell call me and ill head over and hang em
I really don't want to do a 5 week update so ill do my best to get the pics up well uploaded and posted by end of the week
the only sucky part is the small lens on my dslr is broken and I cant use the big lens inside hard to get up close and take pics
so I been using my phone and some pics may come out sideways if I miss turning it the correct way lol

Hey CHH. They look like they have another minute or two, but I can really start to see that sparkle in them girls. The morning sun really picks up of the crystals and even the oils before they dissapate in the sun. Flowers are at their peak come early-mid morning. Hope your enjoying.... Keepem Green
