You say 31 days with white pistils. Is that from the very first pistils? Or from the first sign of actual bud sites on the stems? Either way that's just four weeks on an alleged 7 or 8 wk plant?...which we all know is going to want to go ten weeks or more. Stretch has been stopped how long?

I should say first pistols this was taken the day I started counting from pistol which was 2 weeks behind 12/12 flip.

Sounds like you are right on schedule. My first grow notebook has patience in large letters across the front of it. That was my hardest learned lesson.

Good to know! I need to plan out my next trip to the hydro shop as I'm running low on parts A&B GH flora Duo.

Would you suggest any other supplement at this time?

Some silica. Not sure what additives GH have for it, but it's a building block for everything good.

Anyone else on the East Coast US freak out this morning thinking that something was wrong with your lights?!?!

I'm closer to the left coast than the right coast but my timer didn't adjust for DST either. Had to reset it, guess today will only have 11.5 hours of daylight.

There has been a lot of debate here in Canada about the pros and cons of switching time in the fall and spring. Theres an old indian saying that goes "Only a white man would cut a foot off the top of his blanket and sew it to the bottom of his blanket and then think he has a longer blanket".

So DST had me all mixed up this morning. I had that O $hit moment where I thought my lights blew. I had to smoke some black widow and drink my coffee and eventually figured it out. Both lights would not blow out at once! Pffew.

On the plus side, I pulled out the camera and was able to get a couple of shots before lights came on and before I adjusted my timers again and ran around the house setting all the clocks forward an hour .

So starts my late bloom period

Tomorrow will be 5 weeks first pistols and almost 7 weeks since 12/12 flip

7 to 8 weeks flower would be what breeder recommends for the bulks

We all know now I will go off the first sign of pistols date instead

I still would like time for ripen & flush the last 2 weeks so always trying to plan ahead when the last feeding will be

I was not able to make it to the Hydro Grow Shop this weekend bummer because it was just too damn cold out today. My pain is crazy in the cold so instead I hooked up my ZOrb camera microscope tonight

It's difficult for me to use it as my hands are sometimes shaky and numb and its small but rounded. You have to hold it and spin the top to focus while trying to hold still then press down to take a pic. You have to view the photo on your laptop monitor. Then there is a cord attached which kept hitting the other plants which has a USB which attachs to a laptop only. I have an ipad & don't own a laptop that currently works so I have to borrow one and then u have to download the software off the computer so you can view the photos you take. Luckily the person who own the laptop is also the person who helps out in the grow room when I need it because at least I feel like you need 2 people to operate it

So anyways i think I'm getting off subject. But while I'm there on Tuesday we have two feet of snow coming which is a week before the first week of spring wth

The seedlings . have all sprouted roots and are taking off . they are on a 18/6 light schedule

I combined a few plants leftover from germination that didnt make the first cut into DWC. They were on my kitchen counter with a T5 light on a timer still so I moved them in the closet today and moved their Light in there with them so now there are 2 T5's.

There is also a small fan in there you cant see in pics

The 6 in there first are quite tall and you can see the difference 21 days made in my self made DWC 6 plant veg starter!
