My Little LED Cabinet

Just to kinda give a quick history of my grows.my first grow was a major learning experience I used cfls and only had like 3 bulbs and let the plants get 3+ feet tall then used the wrong ferts and burnt them all the way up and got 9 grams of pretty good little nuggs .the 2nd grow was in a 12"×12"×18" glass reptile tank and 250 watts of CFL and had 2 tiny plants but they were so frosty and sticky just super tiny.and both runs were with random bag seeds.this grow I stepped up and got better lights more room better nutes better everything.i figured if I was gonna keep trying I might as well step up and do it right

That's exactly how I do it man. I did a grow, and each grow after, I set a goal to beat my previous yield. It makes it a little fun too,, as long as the goals aren't set too high.

It might have only been 10 grams, but it was 10 smokeable grams. :rollit:
Nobody in the world would turn down a chance to smoke with you if you told them you only yielded 10 grams.

Just pay attention to what your girls tell you, and give them what they need. As long as you keep doing well, judging from the bud sites you have, I think you can beat that goal of 10 grams as well. Keep kicking ass brother! And don't be afraid to ask for help!

Since I started using some of those techniques, my yields have improved :)

Thanks I figure from the looks of this grow compared to what my other 2 looked like this grow is gonna blow the others out of the water as long as the buds fill in and swell up.there are about 25+/- tops on the 5th element (I topped it and bent it and used the screen to bush it out) and being the first time I done any scrog or topping I think it looks damn good lol.my last micro grow I did a little LST since I only had 18 inches of vert space and saw what I need to do this time around so it's just been a learn as I go but this time I actually spent some cash instead of going as cheap as possible.the only thing I'm thinking of changing is my cabinet.they make a 4 shelf one that is around 79" tall and that would give me room to raise and lower my lights and let the plants get taller. I appreciate the input from everyone I'm not use to getting any input from my other journal site.
 
Also I forgot to mention the hell of a time I had starting this grow.at the beginning I lost a white widow x big big,big bud xxl (2 of each of those died)and a loud dream which I really wanted.but I still have some seeds left for the next round. I have a belladona,super bud,northern lights, herijuana jack 33,island sweet skunk and purple pineberry.i will also probably get the white widow x big bud,big bud xxl and loud dream again to try out.

Just some shots from today.someone let me know how the pics look.my screen on my phone is going out so I have a ton of lines on my screen so I can't see them that we'll and don't know how the turn out.

I agree with Antics

had had the same problem first time using my led got some small holes like that and a bit curly leafs and such untill i found my sweetspot.

and yeah the-leaf-between-the-pot-and-another-pot-or-the-wall-thing i do that a lot. :) thats the cost i must pay, do to lack of space. :)

that closet is about to suffocate in buds soon. :allgood:

Lol its hard to see how good the pics are since my lcd is going out but it's definitely not an iphone...I hate iPhone lol its a Samsung note 2.i just need to get my screen fixed so I can actually see

Lol I'm just an android person. I'm just glad they are clear because when I take them I can't see any details just a fuzzy out of focus looking picture. But I enjoy looking at them in person :love:
 
Going to grab a couple pics as soon as lights go out so I can have some without the pink glow from the leds.also had to order a new ph meter and have it overnighted to me because mine started acting weird and was measuring way off and It's never been more than .2 off and this was 2.0 off and doesn't seem to be keeping calibration so I figured rather than risk a major ph issue this far into the grow I'd just get a new one.
 
wow looking sweet M8. i see all those crystals start to form. lovely. have you checked out my easy bud grow btw? :) small LED grow as yours just only 140 watt output from my ufo's

they better sent that PH-meter for you with screaming horns and blinking light escort :thumb:those plants are way to pretty to get in any trouble

Yea I glanced at it yesterday on my lunch break.looks freakin amazing and tons of tops.i can't wait to see the final harvest.im hoping that these ufos I got have enough to give me some good product.they claim to draw 109w each but they were cheaper lights so I don't know how well they will perform but so far they have done great.they grew them really well and I had signs of flowering after 3 days of switching to 12/12.

yeah me too i bought a high prized Ufo locally do to the bad rep they had. so atleast i could comeplain to the salesman till blood whould run from his ears :) im oldtime HPS, and was pretty skeptical. but now i love LED. i got 60g of heavy hitting bud on a common dirtweed seed with just 90watt in my last grow. i think that was a good yield only at my second LED run.

i think your plants will be awesome with those lights do not worry. They show so healthy growth. mine shows flower not before maybe 7+ days (could just be the strain) only did one photo plant and two auto grows with LED so still green as far as this technoloy goes. but then when they first gets going they pop up everywhere. and i give em a week extra in the end so no problem i am satisfied. but would love to get me a 150-200 panel with some 5watts tho.
 
I'm afraid I'm going to run out of vertical room.these things are growing taller and taller.which means I'm gonna have to get another cabinet for my next run or maybe if I can start both plants at the same time I won't have to let them get as big.i had to let the chocoloco catch up before I flowered and the 5th element got big waiting on choco.got my pH tester today so I feel better knowing my pH will be right.
