Can't join a forum without starting a journal... it's just rude 🤪

I am running FastBuds Gorilla Cookies in an AC Infinity tent and some more gear witch I love, I have 2 not so great led's @500w.
Soil I use BioBizz light mix and too much worm castings witch gave me and the girls a bad time... good thing is I am learning.
I feed Terra Aquatica line (some of it) and my tap water is EC 0. Always cold outside so I can run 2 tents all year as soon as I buy the second tent and a LED and some more stuff. Hopefully this Christmas I can manage to get an LED.
Pics soon!

Looks like a def.
Did you say she was in biobiz?
Are you feeding nutrients according to the schedule?
Alternating with water, letting her dry wee in between?
Do you ever use calmag?
Do you know the temps and rh?
Talk soon.

Soil - BioBizz Light mix
I feed .25ml grow, 0.25 micro, 1ml bloom, .05 camg, 0.5 fluvic, ph 6.5 ec 0.8
It may be to much CaMg? My tap water is 0ec and I saw TA saying not to use CaMg with Micro Soft water even in RO...
I watered yesterday but just 1l of water with ec 0.8 so they dry fast. Also I added some more soil to the pot cause the pot is was half fool. I didn't have enough soil when I planted, also added too much Worm Humus and I underfed them for a while. 3 of them show same issue... but this one is the most severe. I also downed down the N from the feed, used to do 0.25ml of micro instead of 0.5, and grow from 0.5 to 0.25. Upped the bloom from 0.5 to 1ml/l.
Temps stay between 22c and 26c, rh 40-50, maybe some overwatering now and then. I flushed second and third week cause I was getting runoff ph 4 and ec 3.3 and I panicked, flushed and didn't feed for a week so that's how it began.

Good morning my friend.
Hope your doing well today.
What line of nutrients are you using, GH?
From their basic chart your under feeding?
.8 ec = 400 to 500 ppm depending on the conversion chart.
Plus cm and water there isn't many ppm of nutrients.
Here are 2 basic charts.
Both indicate under feeding.
Your calmag do you put it in your water first.
It helps with nutrient uptake and must be put in the plain water first.
I'd try bumping the feed up to proper levels.
How many weeks ago did you flush the pots?
Did you use 3x the size of the pot fresh water?
Also if you are going to ph when using soil your set point is 6.3 ph.
Not a huge difference but its a touch high.
Talk soon.

That's 2.6 micro - 1.3 grow and 3.9 bloom
Screenshot_20221214-040743_Google.jpg

Even the beginner shows 1 micro 1.5 grow and 1.5 bloom.
Which is light IMO.

You are only using .25 micro - .25 grow and 1 bloom.
In flower I'm up 1000 to 1400 ppm your at 450 ppm.

I use this chart cause most autoflower growers say that 600ppm is a lot.
I always add CaMg first... my flush was not proper... didn't used that much water. Well it wasn'a a flush... will do some photos tomorrow and post to check how they grow.
Thanks man!

An auto feed chart?
My theory is that autos are able to thrive in the same conditions as photos.
Now I don't grow autos but have grown a few out in my day.
I treated them the same as the photos growing beside them, always.
Never had a single nutritional issue.
I grew a Fruit Punch Auto this summer beside the photos in the greenhouse.
I built up a big root ball and fed her full strength nutrients every day, every day.
Full strength Remo to start and Full strength Prescription Blend to finish.
With calmag and Terpinater it was probably 1400 ppm at the peak.
She was spectacular, thats 1400 ppm every day.
That's my take on autos.
I know there is a bro science theory that autos don't require Full nutrients.
They still require enough to grow and produce flowers properly.
Which she is not getting, obviously.
I'd flush the pots properly just incase.
Then feed proper nutrients according to a proper schedule :Namaste:
Just my method let me tag someone who knows more than me and can have a look at nutrient volumes for us.
Hey @Azimuth good morning. :ciao:
Can you have a peak at this situation and give us your opinion?
I may not be the best person to diagnose autos.
Any thoughts ? :thanks:

Thanks for the tag, Bill. I don't grow autos and don't grow with packaged nutes so I'm afraid 2 strikes and I'm out.

My comment would be to feed according to the company's feed chart and use the line like it's intended. Otherwise you can get deficiencies and lockouts and have no idea how to correct it, which sounds like the situation you find yourself in now.

But I'd agree with Bill. You seem way too low on what you're feeding your plant.

And too much worm castings?? I guess that depends on whether or not you mix it in with your soil, which sounds like you did. I top dress with an inch or more of the stuff and then cover that with a mulch. I think I remember Clackamas Coot saying that compost can be a third of your mix and that castings should be limited to half of that third, but I'd have to go look up the recipe as it's been a while since I've grown with his mix.

Flush and feed properly. :thumb:

So it was not a mistake joining here. To be honest you were the only guys who gave me the good info. Indeed underfeed for all their lives and ph the ph problem might come from the same thing, wrong feed... they seem to recover after giving 1300 ec to some and 1100 ec to one using lucas formula and this one seems to change in normal green color the quickest. Thanks guys!!! You have my respects!
