Received my 2 in 1 5x4 tent today and my 260 watt series 2 red spec light from @Budget LED on Friday. Had planned to just use half the tent until the budget allowed for a second light but the wife found a deal on a "1000" watt blurple so I got 2 of those for under $100. Never grown a single plant of anything in my life but this thread seemed like a great place to start learning. The learning curve is huge but I'm glad to have so many with experience to learn from.

Seeds won't be here for another couple weeks but I definitely plan to start a journal when the time comes. If my plants look half as good as Silver's at harvest time I'll be thrilled!

I’ve used sts with success. I know CS works also but I’ve heard STS is a little easier on the plant but can’t say for sure

Mine too. It’s so different from anything I’ve grew. It’s hard to describe what I’m seeing in person. It’s not purple. It’s not dark green. It’s seriously like a black or dark grey.

today is 56 days since my days have been shorter than my nights. They are getting close but are not quite ready yet. Trichs are still mostly cloudy. Maybe 5% amber.

It’s been a fun ride and I appreciate everybody that has tagged along so far.

Had some free time this afternoon while the wife and kids went to a park. I was grateful as I had lots to do in the various tents.

I don’t normally defoliate but I did today they were just so dense I wanted to really open it up the last couple weeks.

the GG#4 is slightly ahead of the mku x BD judging by the trichomes. I’m seeing some amber in the GG#4 and mostly cloudy on the other.

Right now I’m about 22” off the canopy.

they seem to taco right at 20” in my experience
