i have just started some pineapple express and topped them the other day.
some topped Girl scout cookies from my last grow.

During some "what was supposed to be LST" today I split one of my main arms. Not a severe split a split all in all though. What to do? Leave it and steak it later is my thoughts? Any input welcomed

I would say you still got at least 2 weeks possibly a month or a Lil more. Still pretty clear. I like more amber trichs.

I was thinking 3 weeks also but I wanna do 2 weeks flush also so another week of nutrients or 2 then 2 flush

Tape it back together and prevent water from entering the wound. If it's saveable It will heal in no time. If it withers and dies before that, it's done for. Avoid strain on that branch for a while until a knuckle forms.
You'll be over 100 days for sure. No amber in sight, although they do appear quickly. Keep an eye out each day. Have you flushed yet? When I start to see amber that usually means it's flush time, in prep for a harvest 1 week to 2 weeks later.89 days on my unknown auto how much longer do u guys think

No I have not flushed yet I have been adding a week at a time to my nutrients schedule and I figured two more weeks of nutrient and I'm doing a two-week flush

Been there..done that...here is my fix
I just wrapped mine tightly with a pipe cleaner.

LST commencing.
NL Hempy about 3 1/2 weeks old topped a few days ago. The nodes are so tight all I can do is pin the largest fan leaves down. There's 4 nodes and she's only 50mm tall. This thing is a beast.
NL 4gal pot 3 1/2 weeks old as well growing strong and not phased by the slight break from te last LST. Stunted growth on that shoot is all.

Do you wait for the 5th node to present itself before you top it or do you top as it grows?LST commencing.

I topped the fourth at about day 20 or so. They looked strong and healthy enough to take it by then. Wouldn't top much earlier. First time auto growing for me so all an experiment mate.

Unless you're very sure of your strain's veg period, autos should be cut asap once the 4th node is clear of the 3rd. Then cut down to the 3rd node. If I can get the snippers in there safely I Top it. Generally autos are topped then, and between day 13 and 22 depending on growth. But I've topped twice near the end of veg and had great success aswell. It's all about knowing whh8your strain is going to do.

Thanks man! I had one out of 6 plants from current batch that shot up and was over 20 cm taller than the rest by day 25 and decided to top her at 3rd node. Day 17 and what a huge improvement. They were literally at a stand still. I brought the humidity up to around 60% and turned off the exhaust fan for now. The temp with the light on is around 81f. They really took of after that. Looks like in the next couple days I will be topping.

That's good news, ideal environmental conditions are hard to achieve. Good work zoning in the right levels for these seedlings. The one upfront looks ready for a topping now, back left is only a few days away too. Good luck, thanks for sharing your plants and strategies.
