2 out of 3 have these spots. The bigger is in 10 gal's of Coast of Maine Stonington blend 3 weeks from transplanted. The other is in rejuvenated Coast of Maine Stonington blend soil, same as the BB auto flower that has no issues. Any help would help

The tallest was put Into that big container of new coast of Maine Stonington blend soil about 2-3weeks ago and has gone down hill since. The little cereal cup of perlite has the top I cut off the big plant, I saw a video on YouTube of some guy cloning this way... so y not try it. I may have a pic of the big plant during better days

different strains will feed different. it looks like your rejuvenated blend may not have enough to support some of the plants. it will get more pronounced in flower.

They are all on a 20 hrs on and 4 hrs off, is that too much for the photo period plants ?

the photos will just eat and veg under that until you flip to 12/12. are the photos the ones having issues ?
possible they could eat through the nutes in the media vegging if you're running them on an auto light sched.

edit: nothing looks big enough to do that. the one looks a bit over watered and hungry. everything else looks good.

The auto looks the best, she's the one with flowers. The other 2 are the free seed that came with the BB auto, they were labeled Mountain top mint. They seem to have perked up after topping an watering, the bigger was transplanted into a 10 gal container of new outta the bag of Coast of Maine Stonington blend soil back on the 13th. And she looks the worst?? She looked good for the first week or so. It could be temp related or too long of a day or I may have let em get a bit dry while I was in the hospital. The big girl still looks a bit off the other in the square container looks like she will pull out of it. I guess time will tell

looks like calcium def and the one plant at the far left is well underfed.

I agree... calcium. Far left... underfed, and possibly over-watered.

Welp, I've been in an out of the hospital the past 2 weeks and the 2 plants in the rejuvenated soil look fine, they gave some minor lil probs but nothing I'm too worried about. But the plant in the big container just won't pull out of it, she was very dry this morning. so even tho she's in new outta the bag soil I did top dress with the Stonington blend nutes and some terp tea. I'm pretty sure it wasn't nute or over watering, but I let her dry out(hopefully not too much) and I fed her. I'm just too confused to try and figure her problems out
