Ok sorry for the lack of post's been a bit depressed by our last few days. The PM seams to be in check however we have found around 20 seeds dont know if its a result of a hermi or what. sadley we just dont know what a banana looks like. So lack of expiriance bite's us in the ass. We have lots of new growth and the buds are still gaining weight.
So guys please look real close and if you see a banana let me know?
So far we have found very few seeds some plants had a couple and most have none. We have no idea why. We had the green light issue early on so were thinking that could be the source of the hermi's But we Have not found 1 male plant part...
PS we have around 2 more weeks by the way they look were suposed to be done around the 19th but the trichs are still clear so were still waiting.

I sure don't see any bananas is those photos. Save the best plants for buds and anything with seeds make some killer hash. Not a total loss and no worry about substand product from your garden.

I don't see any bananas either. As far as light leaks, do all your electronics or powerstrips have red or blue lights? I wouldn't think its a big factor, but I know I cover the lights with tape, and I know lots of others do as well.

Don't fret about a few seeds. Prolly just a rogue male flower you missed and won't hurt overall yields. You have to look close to find single male flowers. They are not in "banana" clusters just one that looks like a hairless calyx that droops downward instead of standing. Usually at the junctions of branches or just under the buds. If you find any just pluck them off, they won't grow back in the same location tho others may pop up somewhere else.

Bananas.... they are hard to miss. They actually look like yellow small bananas, most of the time you find them it the top buds, of course you can find them in any bud. It's really common in stressed plants.
Some folks chop the plant right then, others just cut off the part with bananas and keep going. That's up to you. Good luck

To all who have taken the time to read and respond ty very much
now as luck would have it my partner sighned up for a class at Oaksterdam
so tomaro he meets the man Ed Rosenthal the growers at Oaksterdam told him we screwed the pooch with a couple of light issues we had so now were gonna have to live the errors. The good news is we have a plan and a way to go, so atleast its not a total loss. we could have done better and we will on the next run

We are building another room it will be 3600 or 4800 watts and its gonna be hydro so we have to go thru some new pains. (one more time lol) We have learned a bunch this time around as far as climate control and power so it will be much smoother. The next room we may start from seeds, any thoughts on where to buy from? Thanks agian all
What version of hydro are you thinking about? I'm a lot more familiar with hydro. The climate control and power are more critical in hydro so you have a big leg up on most.

Wow man getting very close to harvest at last. Two of the slowest weeks for you I bet. The buds are looking amazing. Very fat. I remember a little about the light issue and a green light, but can you refresh my memory as to what happened? Found any more seeds? Here's hoping there's only a couple.

We are looking at the CAP system with 2 +6 buckets I have no idea how to build 1 lol
yup we have around 20 total so far stil have 1 week or so to go the plants are on there own time. We have 2 small green lights (twisty type) and we were working in the flower room during lights out with thos lights we would be in there for a few hrs at a time every day. so I think we stressed our girls. live and learn
