Well first of all let me thank you for taking the time to check out my grow. A few fact about what I am using and where I plan on going with it.
Agromax Medium Window Grow Tent. 47" x 47" x 79"
2 6" inline fans
2 4" computer fans
Soiless Mix
I purchased Advance Nutrients Grand Master Lv of Nutes from one of the vendors on Ebay that packages the nutes into 8 oz bottles. These did take a bit longer then anticipated for delivery but received all + some Kushie Kush and Happy Frog Nutes.
Using a small window A/C for temp control (however this doesn't have a thermostat so it is set up on timer)
Seeds were collected from what I have been smoking on over the past year and not stored properly, will be looking to get better genetics as time moves along. So if u have a preferred seed bank that ships world wide would be nice info. I want to grow AK-47, NYC Diesel, and any Indica that would give a nice couch lock.
So once I got the tent set up ran vent fans with one cooling my lamp and one evac the air inside the tent. The two 4" fans I am using to evac the air from the top. Air Flow is turned over about twice a min and temps are running nice with the exclusion of "night time" which is during the day and temps are spiking now that summer has hit.
So far I have 4 growing in smaller 1/2 gallon pots that will be moved into larger 5 gallon buckets once they have become more established. Yes 5 gallon as I would prefer to grow large (width not height) plants. With careful pruning and tying I have always been able to from previous grows get nice results.
So I am into day 27 since I first started the 24 hour seed soak. I suck at germating and lost about half but the 4 remaining have all started to show some preflowers that look female. The odds that they are all female are 16/1 but stranger things have happened.
I am running an 18 hour on cycle that begins at 8:00 at night so as to maintain good temps when lamps are on. My best looking lady so far is on her seventh set of leaves I ran into so temp issues and stunted their growth I believe in the second week of growth and waiting on my nutes held me back.
As far as watering goes I have feed them 4 times waiting for the top 1" to dry out somewhat before watering. The first feeding was done by A.N.'s suggested feeding for 3.875 liters of water. I used a syringne to measure each of the following into my gallon of water.
Sensi Grow A & B
B-52
Iguana Juice (grow)
Voodoo Juice
Piranha
Tarantula
Once I mixed these according to their standards I let sit for 18 hours to allow the P.H. to settle. Then I took 2 oz of the concentrated mix and added it to 18 oz of water. I let this sit for 2 hours and watered my 4 girls with it. The second watering I added 3 oz of my mix to 17 oz of water. The third was a 4 oz to 16 oz ratio, and my latest watering was half and half.
I saw a bit of burn on three of my girls but the 4th was happy as could be. I would love to see what my roots are doing but must wait a few more weeks until I transplant to know what is going on under there. Pics will be incoming soon but spent everything I had on getting supplies and I can live without a phone for a month. But I am taking lots of pics and will upload when I can.
Also I came across about 30 seeds from a previous grow that I had breed and forgotten about that where stored in a humidor so hopefully they germ a few.
