Haven't been around much lately, but just caught up round here.

I definitely pulled a plant or two early because I was out.

I dry without a fan, on a mesh drying rack. Turns out really well.

I may have to try out the paper bag though. I dry all my trim in a paper bag and it does do a great job. I too like the sound of just buds.....

You will definitely get better results from a longer veg time. But if you want to throw plants into flower right away, Away, (HA!) you should Sea Of Green that shit. 100 5 gram plants would give you over a pound of the reefer, for an example.

How small of a pot do you reckon i can do if i put a clone straight into flower?
I have very limited space man, with the pots im using (11liters) i can fit 3 in there with the fan as well.. without the fan 4

How did the roots look? Did they fill the 11liter pot or was there a bit of unused media? if they were smaller, you could presumable get away with smaller pots, at least with that strain.

How many solo cups could you fit in your space?

I would do smaller pots and more plants if I was going straight to flower. If you can do 15 2 gram plants that's twice as much bud than 3 5 gram plants.

Or

fill half the space with clones and then a month later, fill the other half of the space with more clones and you've got yourself a perpetual set up. Then after the first harvest or too, you can let the plants go full term because you'll have plenty in between.

Or

Figure out a veg space, and just do one plant at a time that will fill your whole space.

Longer veg = larger yield and the flower time is strain dependent. what I've learned so far is go as long as you can in VEG up to 2 months (pretty long - 6 weeks is what I usually do). then 60 days in flower and see if they are ready. Smaller containers the plants will finish sooner, larger containers +5gal and they will go longer in flower and get larger with more yield. I'm mixing my container sizes this run and my small container is starting to finish @ 54 days of flower = less water uptake and lower fan leaves going yellow evenly yellow, think fall leaves. So I will have a nice bag of meds while the others are finishing! there's also the option of growing auto flowering plants. The benefit is 60 days total to harvest. I'm trying them for the first time, they are growing concurrent to my current grow and it looks like 18 days after seed they are getting flowers!! If ya need speed go auto but yields are strain dependent.

Took it to my weed guy today.. his evaluation was - Great great taste, tasted earthy, like wet dirt kinda.. very pleasant high. Only bad thing was the low yield. Which clearly is because i rushed this one into flowering too soon and without touching them at all.
This next grow i am topping and tying down all i can do, gonna try and fill my space out.

Took it to my weed guy today.. his evaluation was - Great great taste, tasted earthy, like wet dirt kinda.. very pleasant high. Only bad thing was the low yield. Which clearly is because i rushed this one into flowering too soon and without touching them at all.
This next grow i am topping and tying down all i can do, gonna try and fill my space out.

I've increased yield almost every time due to longer veg, LST and using a screen. My next try will be with topping and concentrating the bud tops.

The skywalker kush as she is standing this morning... quite thirsty and hungry + i think she needs a transplant soon ^^ Anyway i watered her and she's already strutting again dont worry Gonna transplant her tonight or tommorow i think.

As you can see i topped her once and then twice, and the 4 new tops are now slightly showing..

That LST looks perfect dude. I am going to have to start making sure my canopy is more even, I am growing under a Mars 700 and have noticed the penetration isn't very far.... My top nugs have been rock hard but my lower growth has been much airier.
