Flower Day 97

La Confidential is approaching the end of its life and has lost all of its fan leaves. Seed have begun to fall of the plant when shaken.

If you are not going to plant them, why don't you send them somewhere where they can be grown out and tested?

You may just have a high CBD strain and there are many people who could benefit from that medicine.

Having read back a ways, I see that you let it seed out and let the seeds mature... however... This may have not let the triches complete their cycle after the seeds were ready. If the plant is a long flower (65+ days), at what time did you pollinate? This I do know... The flowers' trichomes sometimes go completely inactive while the seeds form... after they're mature and the calyxes start opening up, the triches become activated, (rather the plant again works on them) and increases the THC only AFTER the seeds are complete. I have seen clear triches for 100+ days while a late-pollinated plant worked on the seeds. After they were done, and the calyxes started browning and opening, the rest of the plant material still alive started going again with the triches. Granted, it took mere days for clouds to show, and a few more days for amber to start, but that's how I've seen it.

CBD would help many. I think per jandre's post, you should give LAC another go if it is within your ability. If it's possible for a few pollinated calyxes to chemically reprogram the entire plant, then this may be a good possibility of what happened to your grow.

you want to use the insect spray on the leaves and the stems just before your lights go off, this gives the insecticide the longest time to work while not focusing the light on water droplets and burning the leaves.

Flower Day 100 Seed Harvest

LA Confidential has been allowed to dry on the stem to facilitate seed harvest. Seeds will be collected and counted. a final seed count will be posted.

if it was me id do more testing on the strain and would at least grow a couple out and see what happened,

the first plant you harvested was not seeded and that still produced 0% thc, can i just get that confirmed or did you pollenate the first plant, ill try and read back but thats a lot to read through.
its alaskan1 who is working on the 0% thc and high %cbd strain, if plant number 1 was not pollenated and was grown long enough to fully mature then it would suggest that it was very low in thc, certainly something i would of liked to work with and possibly cross with another strain to try and produce a cbd strain, my only problem is i cant get the buds tested, ive been following jandre's and cbd crews strains for a while due to the benefits i would receive medically from smoking the strain, so been following along and will be purchasing some cbd crew strains this wednesday.

a 400 watt light will cover a 4'x4' grow area. add as much light as you can reasonably cool, a 600 watt digital dimable ballast can also be dimmed to 400 watts.

depends on how your going to control the temps, my room is 3ft by 3ft and i use a 400watt hid, i think a 600watt would do me better but id have to run a cooled hood or fit some vents and fans to keep it cool, my 400watt does ok and produces well,

One six is good and fairly easy to keep temps under control via air cooled hood (6-8") a Bigfoot 1000w is a good set up also, but trust me two 600 watts are a pain I really need to construct a new slightly larger area. Jmo

wow that's tight I think I can fit one plant in there and not comfortably that's like 2.3ft sq
