Got some 91 Krypt from a friend that used to post here before he got all paranoid. LOL! This is the stuff of legends! Really intense sour fuel smell and taste. This is how I would imagine an elite cut of Sour Diesel to smell and taste. It is so intense it makes my mouth salivate after a bong rip or 2. He said it smashed his personal best yield for a single plant as well. The high is beautiful. Warm and narcotic with a great body buzz. No paranoia or anxiety. He said he is keeping it around for a long time, and that I can have a clone of it. I can not wait to grow it out. This is the real deal. It is a limited run strain from DNA genetics. A cross between Chemdawg '91 and Capt. Krypt OG. This is why I love OG/Diesel/Kush strains. When you get a good one, there is just nothing else that can compare.

Do you have a carbon filter? I couldn't even grow without one. I'm smack fan in the middle of suburbia lol.

I really wish I could try that stuff. Just amazing!

UPDATE

Day 58 of 12/12

Decided not to harvest the Blue Venom last night. I did give her a proper defol though. More of a glamour thing, than actually trying to yield more. Might take her down tonight or tomorrow night. Saw a hint (might be imagination) of amber on her this morning.

All the plants are pretty much done. I could harvest all of them now, and it would be good smoke. I will stagger it over the next 8 or 9 days though.

That room absolutely honks though. This is the dankest grow I've ever done. For the first time, I am worried that the neighbours might be able to smell it. It reeks! There is an ammonia smell coming through quite strong now. Mixed with the rotten fruit, lemon curd, sour milk and petrol it is an assault on the senses.

Last 6 photos are all of the smaller Lost Coast. The one with the single seed. I love her shape.

I do have a carbon filter, although it is about 18 months old now. Not sure how long they last before you need to replace the carbon.

I replace every 12 months but I have to. If I lived in a better spot I wouldn't use them

HARVEST UPDATE

Harvested the Blue Venom last night. I was hoping for 60g but I doubted I would get it. Buds were just too small... well, I might have misjudged her. Got more than I expected. That plant was very bushy. Even after a few defols. Plenty of bud hiding in the middle. I think 70g is a safe bet, and I chucked about 15g of popcorn bud as well. If she had a slightly longer veg period, with more training to open her up, she would have yielded well. I can see how LA pulled such a good yield from this strain. The other Blue Venom is much the same, although the buds look a bit bigger on that one.

I tried the home made versions and they never worked as well as OTC versions. Now I run two layers of carbon. Can't be too careful when you're living in cul-de-sac.

I forgot how tiring harvesting can be though. Only got to bed at 1am this morning. Up at 6:30am. It's definitely worth it though. I'm feeling good about this crop. I'm confident I'll get my 600g. The other plants are way bigger than this girl.

I'm sure you will. You're absolutely killing it. Kind of surprised by your estimate. I'd look at that girl and think 3 zips easy.

Yeah, the pics make her look a little bigger although she might well go past 70g.

I will be very happy with 70 though. Smallest plant in my previous grow only managed 60g, and she was a bigger plant than this Blue Venom. That bodes well for the rest of the plants, as there are 4 beasts and another small Blue Venom.

...and then there were 5.

Nothing much to report. Plants are drinking quite a bit, but temps have gone up as winter releases her hold.

Next plant up is probably the smaller LC-OG which I plan to harvest on friday.
