The temps in the tent are actually really good, I have been running the fans non stop during the heat of the day. They are really thirsty, so I am pumping a heap of water through Number 1 and nutrients in the other two. I might chop myself some buds from the lower branches of Number 1, then let her go until my Loupe arrives and I can check them properly. There really is not a huge rush. The buds that have dried are getting better every day. Very nice deep pine flavour and even the tiny sugar leaves pack a punch, they are super sticky.

Id be giving it another few weeks.
Once you have a stash of buds youll tind you let then go a bit longer. I know what its like. If anything id just be chopping what you need to keep you smoking. Last few weeks make a huge difference bro. But i also have enough smoko for a year in my stash. Looks amazing still tho. Done well the whole way through. Hows your temps in the shed/tents. Tis hot for sure...

Agree 100% youll be loosing quite a bit of weight. Im sure theyll get really chunky when they ripen

Eapcially a cookies. Should hardly be able to squeeze them buds. Rock solid.

Yeah got to just have that patience. Last few weeks can give you an extra 25% in weight easily.

Gave Number 1 a haircut, I have cut off a couple of the smaller buds for the mean time. I also kept all the trim, got plans for that, no waste is the goal. Enjoying the peace and quiet, having a smoke and doing some gardening in this glorious weather.

Its pretty much perfect for a confidence building first grow. I made a few mistakes and it made the grow slow up a bit.

I got my Loupe, what a mad world that opens up ! Loads of nice milky tricomes on and round the buds - I will try and work out how to take pictures with it.

Look at El Mutante !! She is suddenly looking much better. I think the heat and now having more light has helped no end. Really glad I didn't chop her down now.

Blue Toof is really enjoying more light too. She has had a big leap forward too.

Some pictures of the big girls, I have been running around mad, well limping around mad would be better suited ! Been a great few days with and without Mum I got a ton done in my Garden, watched my kids do really well at Athletics, and been in a great mood in general thanks to the Girls !

It was boiling hot here today, 34°c then all hell broke lose about 4.45pm, its just stopped raining about 10 minutes ago.

Noticed a really big difference in the quality of the weed from the 3 'real' buds I chopped down. The buds are really covered in little amber pistils that dry to a beautiful bright orange. The buds are really crunchy with crystals. Its got a really nice flavour, very piney, but its settling down to get better every day. The ambient heat in the garage is working well in drying out the buds. I will go and grab a few mason jars next week.

Those are some beautiful colas man, nicely done! It's pretty cool looking through the magnifier, amazing what is going on on that scale that we don't even realize! Don't let your buds get too hot when drying, they say it will diminish the flavours /terpenes and so on... There's a thread on here about drying in the fridge even, I am thinking of doing a comparison with some of my little crop when it's ready. Though I guess it takes a long time so I dunno if I am that patient!
