My Skunk mates. Good Day!

Made my⛈Storm Box's Yesterday. Should be good enough to keep them from getting shredded. I've charted the weather as well and will be prepped for bad days wind and hail wise. I am a bit cautious putting them outside the shelter of the nursery, but, if done right, next year we'll have our "PPL's" limit(16 adults) sitting in our Bloom Room waiting to be harvested while the nursery holds the young'uns.

A Grand rig it tis!!. Should do the trick. Do you use those big carboys to harvest rainwater? If not you should, I only have 55 gal. plastic barrels and I wish I had bigger capacity to store. I want to hook up the toilet to it, the city water rates are OTW here the quality aint gettin no better if ya know what I mean (50 miles from Flint). I filter everything and the water is around 6.6PH @ 50PPM from the tap. so not that bad yet but still worth watching! Peace!

Hey there SG, why yes we do! I am an off grid-er! We went off grid in Texas in 2014 when my 2nd boy went off to college. Empty nest. Freshly retired from the pipelines, and recovering from a complete hip replacement surgery, we gave most our 3 bedroom belongings away, and headed towards Colorado. Long story short, landed a great deal on land in the high desert of New Mexico. We are truly hippies!! I repurpose a ton of things like lumber from old barns and have a ton of old pallets used in ranches. We live in 2 tiny houses I built, plus I've 20' camper Trailer converted to a music studio that hopefully I can convert the bedroom to a grow room by sept. 5 Rain Water retention cubes as well are being used in my garden. Was high in ph but I've used white vinegar to bring to around 6.9 - 6.8 ish. I have a water well too. 680' to 790' deep. It's a running river that is fed from the Gila national forest runoff. It's high in ph as well but I've cubed 250gls of it and can treat it as well, if needed. The well runs off solar. Pumps when there's sun, doesn't when there's not. Have a generator as a back-up as well. I'm pretty seasoned for this type of living. We love it, abandoned in nature! Now growing, that's a whole new ballgame! Never imagined it would be so Multifaceted! Seriously digging it.

A busy day in the Oasis. Almost done with our Bloom Room(20x16)! Lined it with plywood for wind protection and got most of the outer bracing secure. Tracked the suns trajectory using my Storm box. Looks good. Should get sun consistently through the day. Can't believe it's been since April that these gals have been growing so nicely there in their corner. Now, a big room all to their own!

I'm waiting for a Grasshopper Zapper update myself ;) but the rig and its contents is looking good my friend!
Lol!☇☇☇ Well, I'm definitely approving the zapper, and have 2! But... we are off grid. A small solar runs the house during the day,and a battery bank for nite. So they are in the storage container. To much wattage. There are always possibilities out here though, you know, so much idle time configuring and blazing!

Woohoo! We have a reason to celebrate!

It's done. Nice lil shelter for the gals. Ass breaking work I'll tell ya, but worth it. Has to withstand 60mph winds so its stout! It seems that it has now become the cannabis room. Wife has officially booted me out the greenhouse! This is a good thing. Here's a few pics...

Busy morning.! During inspection of m2, I split the top of the main stalk. Sooooo... I'm pushed to get these girls braced and lst'd for flower. I've tied the split together at the Y . Then, installed 2 handmade spreader rods that have opened this girl up like a blooming onion! These bloom rods are stainless steel and will remain in place till harvest. They not only spread the plant open, but also will hold them together as they flower. I'll do m1 like this as well sometime today.

Thanks for all the help. See ya soon...

Happy Saturday! Always a joy to walk into the garden and smell some greens! All kinds! I've a Jasmine plant that mixed with that Skunk smell, just puts a smile on your face! Blessings, I'll tell ya. Small update, all seems well here.
M1 has taken only 1 spreader rod on the top 2 stems. She loves it! Bottom stems are out on their own from previous lst. She is in day 10 of flower! Had dwarf characteristics from day 1, and has a more fatter and lighter green fan leaf. Is around 40" in circumference.

M2 is doing great with 2 spreader rods and a center brace. She's in day 5 of flower. About 48" in circumference. She has been about a ptetty normal ,indica type girl. Skunky, and long purple stems on all her sun leaves. Also, skinny long sun leaves as well. She is tending a split on the core stem very nicely!
