hows the weather holding out by you? i seen on the news last night that 80 percent of the country is in the grip of this cold. we had thirty below yesterday morning, and we got about ten inches of snow.
We have -2 degrees right now, not supposed to get any warmer today. Brrrrr!!

this sucks! i hate this weather. I had to snowblow where i work at this morning it only took maybe ten minutes but wow, even dressed specifically for this it didn't help much.

i actually have a de walt heated jacket that runs on a lithium ion battery. My only complaint is that the jacket only covers my hips to my neck. it would be so much better if it was a full snow suit. probably need more than one battery at a time for that tho.
When I worked in the sawmill we put bread sacks on over our socks. It works!

i know it's not for a bit yet but when should i consider flowering in a 5 foot tall grow tent?
Figure the plant will at least double in size when flipped. Leave room for space between the light and the top of the plant. I would think between 12”-18” would be close.

i worked at a saw mill too. we made floor boards, door panels and piano casings. and on a few occasions we planed tables that were filled with clear resin and small dinosaur skeletons. it didn't happen often but when it did that was the highlight of the day.
We just sawed green lumber for the furniture industry. Hurricanes were great for business!

She's gonna be ready for transplant before you know it!

day 36. and still doing good. weather outside sucks
16 below last night didn't get above zero today. I spent 3 hours snowblowing today and broke the belt that turns the auger blades. fortunately my wife gave me the idea of bringing it into the house to fix it rather than doing out in the cold. this weather can just go to hell.
You know what, if you can squeeze them into a little bigger pot they would thank you for it. If not be ready to feed/water more often.

alright i'll order some five gallon smart pots. will i need any bigger? or should the five gallon pots be the last i should need?
