HighTechRasta's 1000W China LED COCO 4x3 2in1 Tent Perpetual SCROG With BruceBanner & Bagseed

So...
Yesterday was the 3 week mark on the 12/12.
I went in and cleared out as much as I could manage,
you would hardly know it though, these pics are from
right after the cut.

Gotta be 1-2lbs of leaf there!

Looks like the stretch on the Bruce is kinda over.
I expect more from the bagseed performer in the back
and the Sativa dominant one in the front, it hasn't even
shown any buds yet.

Bruce is stacking up nicely now! 2-3 weeks there'll be colas everywhere.

So, for reasons unknown, I went all "Edward Scissorhands" on the P-Nuken last night,
looks like this tonight...

Jury's still out on this one, need your help peeps...
:hmmmm:

I was playing some catch up and some new posts are a page back...
@Pennywise , @Skybound , can I get your input on my Purple Nuken please.
Water is cut off since last night and it's looking like the leaf stems are picking up,
still droopy though on the leaves, just the stems are straightening out...
:hmmmm:

May take a day or 2 for oxygen to get into the roots.
Oh, thank you! Your relaxed response gives me hope...

Could I have really done this to my coco? I had it on a 3hr cycle for 28secs!
I was getting a little runoff, about 10-15%, and putting it back in the res.
I did get a slight kinda slimy feeling on the outside of the fabric pot,
all my pots are kinda wet on the outside from half way down
but this one felt different, not slimy but almost if that makes sense.
Oh, it also had a smell I couldn't quite put my finger on, it was somewhere
between earthy potatoes, dank mushroomy, maybe rotten celeryish? :hmmmm:
I bought some 2gal fabric pots and a bag of hydroton today, going to put
the hydroton on the bottoms for extra drainage, don't like that the bottom
of the pots are always soggy. My flowering girls are getting 2mins of water
every hour during lights on only and look to be doing great so far, that
confuses me...

I'm eager to learn... Save me :adore: PW...

Being in coco really limits who can advise as coco has certain restrictions that must be adhered to that might otherwise invalidate other basic suggestions. I'm not ragging on coco, lots of people use it, for a good reason I'm sure, but outside of generalized thoughts or mild suggestions, I can't input anything substantive. The disclaimer aside, if this is because you fudged some feed times and she went without for a day or two, in rockwool I'd comfortably say she'll bounce right back and stand right up in 6-10 hours, but I presume things are a lot different in coco. If what I see is over watering, just don't feed for a day, then feed less frequently.

I can't say for certain b/c of coco, but generally speaking, I'm trying to force roots to grow throughout all of the pot at every stage so I aim to feed less and get the root mass to dry out more frequently, but once in my grow my girls hit about 2-3 weeks in bloom, I am confident that the roots encompass the majority of the potted media and then is when I really ramp up feeding frequency from once per day to twice, then in 2 more weeks add the 3rd and final added feed time per day light.

How much of that can be applied in coco IDK but I can't imagine having a massive root mass isn't a great thing in every media so from birth till mid bloom, less is more.

Yes it does, the more oxygen the roots pull in the better she's going to look.
Ok, if I might get your input, I'm using RO water and this HydroSparkle.
Should I Ph the water after or at all, can't do it before, RO water is schizophrenic
until something is in it...
Is it ok to do this while they're in drying out mode?
When should I start feeding again?

Mix your contents in the RO, then bring the whole soup to your desired feeding ph. Schizo water in my experience is with deionized water which is basically around 0 ppm. I did not like that result when it happened to me, so I bypassed my RO unit's DI stage. My purest RO is now around 12ppm which is totally fine for what I do. It does make my nute concentrates less pure, but I have no customers to please so I'm content with the minor variances in my nutrient accuracy.

IDK how Penny feels, but for Skybound, Dry out Mode is part of life, so no special treatment for that. Drying is part of training, LST in fact.

@Skybound I love your input, don't let not knowing coco stop you!

Ahhhh, so, using dry-outs as a form of LST, your giving them a workout
to get water, while increasing root mass as part of the workout?
I'm going to incorporate this into my Veg cycle.
PW, we know we can't let it fully dry out, but let it get light to lift,
how often would you suggest I do it, I feel you've tried/done this with coco?
