Do you guys/gals think it would be better to let them finish out the next week in the heat or would it be better to just cut them down before it gets worse. Right now the last couple days have been really hot. My tent has gotten up to 97F. I dont want to lose all my taste and smell. but that may have already happen.

How's your weather forecast? And what are your trich's looking like? I would probably wait till the trichs say it's done but that's just me... I guess it's a question of quality gained vs quality lost... so do you think you will gain more quality over time or lose quality because of heat... tough question... which means this is about as useful as when my friends ask me if I want to go out and I say maybe lol...

Yea for the most part. Its about 95 -97F during day and about 85-88F at night. And I mean that in the literal sense. Not light on and off. Trichomes are plentyful. They are EXTREMELY FROST but temps are to be high for the most part all week. I think I will chop one in the morning...and another the next...and so on until there are none left. I dont really want my light running in that heat anyway. And according to the breeders...which are usually off a couple weeks IMO. Seems if they say 8 weeks flower it seems to be about 10. But the NL was done at 70 days. These dont seem to be there yet as far as very little red hairs. But there is so much frost, It may be hiding alot of them. Either way I think Im just gonna have to be satisfied with however good it is and chop so I dont lose anymore terpenez.

I watered BlueBerry and Green Crack last night. They split a gallon that contained

I didnt water Gorilla Glue or Girl Scout Cookie because I plan to chop them.

I chopped GSC last night. I was gonna do both but the GSC has ALOT of sugar leafs. I forget what its called but its something like Leaf to Bud ratio. And It was bad. took about 2 hrs to manicure her. And shes NOT that big. Just had ALOT of sugar leafs. Seemed to be very gummy with me having to clean my scissors mid way thru. And when I say clean...I mean I just pulled off the great big glob that had formed on both sides. Unfortunately I put it to the side to smoke later and it got mixed up with my trim. So I guess it will go with the trim and make butter. I would have like to smoke it tho. . I plan to chop GG in a few hrs and trim her up. Here are some pics of the GSC after her haircut.

Shes drying now in my other tent. I hooked my small 4inch exhaust that pulls very little air up to it to pull the moist air out. Hopefully anyway. Like I said. It doesnt pull very much air. She had a pretty strong smell last night tho. Lest hope she keeps it.

I will probably chop the Blueberry either tonight or tomorrow. I know she is younger than the Green Crack but the GC shows alot of Sativa and is also showing more white than brown hairs and the BB is mostly brown and hybrid looking. here are some pics of whats left

Well I will probably destem and jar the 2 hanging and then start harvesting the final 2. After that..When my tent is empy....I will clean up...scrub up...organize up...and then wait out the heat. Ima wait till fall...around Sept....And then start my nest round of photos...I have some very promising strains I cant wait to grow and smoke....

Not sure to be honest. I still have alot of EJ suff. I would like to try out Fox Farm. But EJ is all I know. So I may just get some PH up and down to regulate the PH. But it seems like it would be easier to just go synthetic and not have to mess with anything other than mixing and phing. No bubbling no hassle. but Iv gotten good results with EJ and thats without PH. So IDK....I dont know If I wanna just waste the rest of my EJ and spend another 200 or so on Fox Farm.

I harvest the final 2 plants....Blueberry and Green Crack. I harvested both of them Sunday. They are both hanging. I destemed GSC and GG and jarred them. I havent weighed them yet. But I did weigh the Northern Lights...it weighed in at

57gs...Not bad for 70 days I guess. I smoked a little one out of it just to see what I was working with. So it was probably 58gs. Taste great and is VERY sticky. Turned out to be quite airy due to the heat. If she was grown in winter. I believe she may have given me 3 ozs instead of 2. But I am extremely happy with 2zzs. Here are some pictures of the last 2 harvested. They are currently hanging in my tent drying. Ill update after cure and I get a weight.

I weighed the Green Crack and BlueBerry. BOTH came in at 64gs. Weird because I thought the GC would gonna be the biggest yielder. And I thought that BB would be the smallest. So im pretty surprised. And def satisfied. I basically got 2 fat zzs per plant. And for 70 days of work...not bad.

I still need to weigh the Gorilla Glue. And prolly will today. Till then

Ok so all have cured. Most are still curing but I have smoked a bit out of each. The stinkiest by far is the Girl Scout Cookies. Taste wise...they ALL taste great. I would almost even say amazing but not quite. The NL has a spicy taste but little smell. The GG smells ok but taste great. Im not good at describing smells and taste but Ill try. It taste.....IDK...I suck at this lol but it taste great. Not the spicy tastes that alot around my parts are so infatuated on. More green or MJ tasting. Super sticky. All of these were super sticky but the GG GC and GSC are so gummy and sticky that I cant really use a grinder. If I do it ends up all caked in and on the teeth. So I end up having to sit there and scrape each tooth off from each side of the tooth. Its a real pain. The struggle is real people. So I must use scissors and even those have to be cleaned after every 2 or 3 chops. I have to take my thumbnail and scrape them off so they will cut better. A GREAT problem to have no doubt. OK anyway the GC wasnt as energetic as it was lead to believe. But I have tested it by smoking and taking a run or working out yet. (too hot) But smell is ok. Taste is great. All 5 ended up tasting freaking great. Smell wise the GSC is great. VERY STRONG but the others not so much. But they still have time to get a little smellier with longer cures. But I think the heat might have killed off a little of the smell. The BlueBerry started off smelling JUST LIKE BLUEBERRIES when it was done drying. After a couple or a few weeks cure its not so much. I have only smoked 1 out of it. But it will prolly be my new sleep weed. As it was very relaxing but killed my energy. the all in all I ended up with about 2 ZZs a plant. All that I weighed if I remember correctly were actually about a quarter above 2 ZZs. I never did weigh the GG. Lazy I guess. Its the only one I didnt but it had about the same as the rest. 2 jars. Which is usually a bit over 2 ozs

SO...all in all rounding down I got 10 ozs. All of which are primo smoke.
