You use the same growing mix you're already using, you just water a little differently. Once the plants get established after a couple of weeks you literally pour water down the fill pipe and let the plant help itself.

But many of us get happier, healthier and much larger plants that way with less effort. Win/win all the way around.

Not at all and I only leave em in one spot for about a week. I been using em for 2 years now and never had that issue.
