Slowpuffers Sea of Green in Coco - 2 Liter Bottles

None of the gsc clones have taken in coco but coco is my normal go to. My other strain went pretty quick but the gsc never takes every time ive tried. I do buffer with a very low dose of base great white and superthrive. I make sure the coco is pretty close to dry before I put the cutting in by squeezing it. I just built some aero cloners but I've not been feeling well enough yet to take clones and test it out.

just use olive oil or alcohol to clean scissors.

Chopped today Cult., I had 24 lollypops, some 1/4 oz., but most 3/8ths to a 1/2 oz each. amazes me how two identical clones can set side by side under the same light, eat the same food, breath the same air and I sing to both, can be so different. Ones a runt, while other one is a strong vibrant plant. All in all, not bad for my 1st. run in coco. Learned a lot, thanks to many people, and especially you watching over my shoulder Cult. I will get a weight when dry, but as you know we are not good at giving smoke reports.
Now I got to top and train the 4 plants that will move into this tent, when these go into paper bags, next week. Hope I can get at least 5 days hang time on the popcycle buds. Will get a pic up shortly .

congrats on the harvest. only improve each grow mate.

That's the way I look at it !! Now go on over to my other journal, It's called "4 strains-630w LEC CMH" . I started with a 6 month old blue dream clone, that was a mother & had gave me at least 80-100 cuttings, before being elected to bloom. There's one pineapple chunk clone that 1/2 the trunk was broken off at mid-life, but she's bushing out more than I expected. Then there's one Bubba's gift clone, that was about 6-7 wks. old at flip, 18 days ago. And one 6-7 wk. old clone , called krippy. So that was the plan, but I had this other blue dream mamma plant, And don't have a use for, so It's in there also, sort of a fill in for the 1/2 pineapple chunk. they're looking real good for 18 days. Will post pics. tonight. Thanks for everything !!

Hey Slowpuffer.. Gratz on the harvest.. if you can try and get a dry weight. Per plant would be great unless you already mixed them up.
How many weeks or days was the total 12/12? Wheres the eye candy brother?
Also how is the lower growth? I have one plant that wound up not being so clean on the bottom. Nothing there but tiny lil 1 puffers. But on that plant the tops didn't get as big either. Not sure if that's just because there not trimmed up as good or that may have been the runt. I forgot. I'm Feeling pretty good atm and lost track of why I was posting. Guess what I'm asking is what is your penetration depth. Light Inches away from canopy tops. Gimme the details. You still harvesting early? Or have you tamed the lights this round

The light used is a hortilux 400w with the eye 430w enhanced bulb. So no worry about early ambering of the trics., but a big step down from the lec 630w. I run it about 16 inches above canopy, But surprisingly, It did a fair job reaching the bottom. I took a couple pics. of the better plants, and that's your porn. I turned the exhaust fan off & running a 18 inch fan on med, aimed at the wall, & the little humidifier I stuck in there is keeping it about 50% rh, which is perfect. This is the 1st. time I've dried them with the exhaust off, so what is your opinion ? Front door of tent is 1/2 open.
Every day I post, I post the day of bloom, and today was day 59. And you got to be joking , I had 24 plants, how in hell could I weigh them seperately ?? Some of them will weigh 1/4 oz, some will weigh 1/2 oz, and a few might go an oz, . So you can see where It would become a nightmare. I put my nugs into paper bags for a couple days after taking them from they are now. I trim the nugs all from the colas. No colas make the bag. I burp them twice a day, and whenever the hygrometer in bag says about 70%, they're ready for the jars & this is when I'll weigh them. For the 1st. week, I take the nugs out of the jar & put them right back, twice a day for like 4 days and then once. Everytime I take them out, The rh will drop a little in the jar, everyday. I keep moving the hygrometer from jar to jar to keep up with rh, I put one 8 gram boveda rh control in bottom of each jar. So when The rh starts getting like 64%, I then start just taking the lids off once every 2 days for two wks.. My problem is usually low rh, but when it's cold. I still can hardly believe the 45f high today, That's about 25 degrees above the norm. !! Bring it !! Fair size colas for 2 liter bottles. But if I ever do another SOG, then there will be no lower branches, only one cola, more light, more air, more bud, that's the best way to do it. I'm going back to 4 plants under the 400w, just easier.

I know you don't smoke a lot of weed, but do you know if the cheese is good smoke ? Say cheese !!

Ive smoked a LOT of cheese in my time as its one of the main strains widely available around my area along with different hazes.

It has a very pungent, strong smell and the taste of it really can vary which i think is due to how its grown and also what type of cheese. They can go from tasting how it smells and have a very strong nice taste which i can only describe as cheesy . to a much more earthy taste.

Effect makes you feel very lazy! I find myself acting like a typical dumb stoner (cheech & chong come to mind.) after smoking this strain

Good luck man. Looks nice
Humidity is right at 55% in the dry tent, so It's looking good. wont be long till outdoor season is here !! That's why I got so many clones. I'm thinking bout 20 gal fabric bags, maybe 30 gal. very short grow season here, as we have late last frost date & early frost date in fall. I've seen frost in early sept. before & I've seen it snow in may. Good top soil & 5 yr. aged cow manure compost, then feed organically with worm castings, bat poop, bone meal, aged chicken poop, etc. . Did well last season !! Good old compost tea !! Yummy !!
The critical + is showing yellowing of the leaves, and i been adding 150ppm of calmag for like a week, but It's dragging behind the two cheese & the OG kush.

Ok, I could only get 4 days hang time, as low humidity couldn't be overcome, with what I got to work with. So I removed all nugs, and put into jars. Burping once a day, and moving my only remaining hygrometer from jar to jar, and they're averaging about 60%rh. Grebs wanted a pic of each plant & pic of nugs on the scale, and I didn't realize how many pics. that entailed, until I was done. total weight was a little over 7 ozs. Not good but certainly with all the early problems , not bad !! And thanks for hanging around my boring journal !! and Cult, thanks for your help, now follow me over to my other journal, and I won't feel so all alone !!
Journal is called" 4 Strains - 630W LEC CMH ".:thanks:

Beautiful harvest man. I would take 7 ounces of thos delicious plants you grew
None of mine can compete with the white widow you're harvesting. The WW I grew was a 8.5-9 wk. strain. But I think yours is more Indica ? Anyhow neighbor, thanks for hanging out with me , watching them grow. At least I got a little bud, to hold me till we harvest the lec tent. Looking sweet over there !! Lot more growth in coco, and quicker. I'll keep you posted on the taste, after it's been curing for about two weeks. will clean the sog tent tomorrow and I'm getting 4 more 5 gal bags, for the two cheese, one critical +, & 1 OG Kush. I still have them in 12 oz cups, which should be almost root bound by now. All have been topped, and I'm thinking about topping them again.
Anyhow I think instead of running two journals, I'm gonna keep it all together as one grow journal.
