Shes not looking good, but im keeping her on life support. She was doing so good too... Only time will tell, but the buds are still green so there is still life in there. I waiting to see new growth.
I think she will make it but shell need some time.. poor girl.

Update on Jane, she's started stretching a little and the flower production is back on track, pistils and crystals are showing and growing. Stoked that she's gonna pull through, but I'm thinking the first chop will be a little later than I initially anticipated.

It's the best part of growing!!!! I love when the buds start to take shape and the hairs start to go all crazy. The dead growth on my plant is just killing me, I know the plant is fine I'm just looking at the brown bits and it makes me shudder. Anyway from here on out there's gonna be a lot of pictures. I've already got my favorite tops, the ones I'm watching to see will go into "The Growers Jar." I have a jar that I put the biggest cola of each harvest into.

I know this is a short journal but I was just looking back at the beginning, when I thought the plant was pretty big. Enough said right...?
Todays pictures as promised.
I was looking back at my last grow and I feel like Jane is about a week behind where my other two were at 4 weeks into the grow. Guess that lights out was more like a week. No problem, I am patient, and an extra week in veg for my next three ladies will do nothing but increase my yield before the end of 2017.

Yeah, the tops have really stretched out! I went back to the first journal to check progress about the same time.
I agree about the trichs, i think this run will yield more. I may pick up some terpinator for the next Red Cup. I gotta try and keep up with you!
BTW, i threw Mercedes in the tent with Jane. 4 week stagger, maybe... gotta see what kind of progress my bonsai makes.

I flushed Jane today. Ph'd the water to 6.5. I tested the run off, it was at 6.7 so call it 6.9-7.0. Next feed I will Ph the water to 6.25 hopefully this will bring the soil Ph down a bit. In the mean time I'm not seeing any serious signs of anything I need to be concerned with.

I heard about this technique called back building about 2 months ago. Everybody but me must be doing it cause nobody ever talks about it.
Since I've got so many tops on this plant I figured I'd give it a try. The idea is to clip just the smallest amount from the tippy tippy top of one of your tops. I guess the back building process thickens up, fattens, or otherwise increases said top. I had one top in particular that I'd taken a clone from early into flower. She ended producing identical twins, I thought, "Why not, let's see if it works!" The tops in question are the same height and right next to each other, obv...
The two tops. If you look closely you can see that I snipped the right one.
The top that will change marijuana growing forever...
The unaltered twin.
The tallest Top Jane has to offer. With and without the stripper lighting!
