Looks like the mars was kicking ass ?This thread made me buy a 315 CMH!
Got a hell of a deal for 300 out the door.
SunSystem Neutron hood, Galaxy 315w Digital ballast, Phillips bulb
These were under a Mars II 400w and are now under the 315

Got it from Sara for $170 I believe. I know it was under 200 for sure it's the Mars II 400w.
Gonna use it for this current tent once my bigger tent comes in

Hey Grebs it's been awhile. Could you tell me if your CMH light is the vertical bulb or the horizontal please? I'm wondering if there is any difference heatwise between the two, if you could get back to me it would be appreciated, thanks

Vertical bulb. They say better/more even coverage like that. I would think heat would be lower on vertical bulbs as well for the same reasons

Thanks Grebs. I'm looking to test them out so it looks like it will have to be a couple of the Sun Systems as they're the only vertical CMH that I can find, thanks a lot

My first time with these lights got them 600 mm from plants seems fine growing in soil indoors
I have the same light...zero regrets. 4k bulb veg, 3k flower. Your girls very nice.

Hello Grebs late to the party here but I am also growing 4 white widows under a 315w cmh and just put them into flower. It looks like yours are did very well, just curious what your overall yield was? And I may have missed it but what was the height of your canopy when u put them into 12/12?
