The IRIE Garden

Many thanks to you guys... The Blue Thunder is from Sagarmatha.. So far it has been a joy, no real problems, smells wonderful, and has some serious rock hard nugs.. The proof will be in the final product though..
I would wait on the Alaskan Ice. I think they released it to early and it was not stabilized. I have been reading about all kinds of complaints with them. There does seem to be one good pheno though and hopefully I got it.. This thing is almost as picky as my Sensi Star... I just can't seem to make it happy, it's like a teenager and no matter what I do it just wants to fight me.. I will be adding the rest of my AI seeds into the overgrow container to be planted outside at another time... :peace:

Irie....I see that there are alot of Blueberry crosses. Is it considered a breeding strain? Its been around for along time. any thoughts?

ive been hearing that blueberry is a pretty stable strain (just look at all the different pictures of BB in everyone journal, almost all look the same) IMO atleast

and is a good one to keep on hand for breeding

Irie, very very absolutly incredibly mouth wateringly beautiful!
cant wait to see that WW finish. ill need a very detailed taste description of it!

I hate to be religious on your thread: Buuuut I'm a (canna)bible thump er and as such I'm curious about the lineage of your blueberry... is it a DJ short BB or is it another BB cross? Either way you get +rep for the beautiful garden, fantastic strain selection and mouthwatering budporn... YOU DA MAN irie... mellow moods

The ladies are doing good, thanks for checking on me... The Blue Thunder was chopped today on day 76 of 12/12.. The White Widow and the Kushberry were flushed tonight and will give them plain water until they are finished. It's hard to tell when the Alaskan Ice is going to be close, she will be day by day.. The Sour Diesel and the Blueberry have taken off.. Oh yeah, the Blueberry is DJ Shorts.. Still trying to find out who bred the Diesel.

there are a lot of fantastic threads on this site, and a lot of knowledgeable growers with wonderful advice. However your thread is a constant source of pleasure just to view, read and enjoy. You have great karma in that room and the vibes are high. I believe our plants respond to the energy around them, and YOU irie have great energy... +reps if I can...

Thanks you guys, the kind words are appreciated...
Pan... the AI is moving along slowly. She is taking her time filling out..
Berry... I don't top my plants. I supercrop them and LST some of them. There are between 6-10 in the flowering room at all times. I put three plants into flowering every 21-30 days. I have a 600 HPS and a 400 HPS that I use in the flowering room. The room is 6'x3.5' ( i did the 3.5 so that I could have them in rows of three).
Luxx, I like a 60 day veg, Since I use LEDs for veg they are a little bit slower going.. I shoot for 60 or as close as I can get to it.. Flower, trichs tell me when to cut them.. I do usually do two harvests on a plant. One at around 30% amber and then at 50%. The tape rocks, gives me all my transplant dates..
I took two clones from the SD and the BB, it's been 10 days and one of each is starting to show root sign.. I also am germing a White widowxG-13 a White Rhino and a purple lady... Thanks again guys, you are all truely good people...... :peace::ganjamon:

Berry, yeah I think Sc is a category of different techniques.. I will refer to it as "crimping" as Harry used to call it, from now on...
It's when you fracture the stem from bending it. The object is to fracture the outside layer of the stem in hopes that when it rebuilds it will come back stronger with a better food pipe. Usually within a day of doing it the plants will bush up ten fold from the crimping area down... I will see if I can find a few threads on it when I get a moment. I have been happy with it and use it on 90% of my plants.. :peace:
