Beginners Grow For Seeds And Some Buds

I am growing a GG#4 and a CandyKush From Growers choice. They are in 5 Gal. cloth pots, 2 BP1000 LED lights, in a 36x20x63 tent with a small humidifier. The Temp inside is around 78 degrees with humidity of 45%. I am using 2 small Fans now but not the one with carbon filter attached. MY soil is a mix of 3 Gal. Fox Farm Ocean Forest to 1 Gal. FF Happy Frog with 1/2 Gal. of coco and 1/2 Gal. of perlite. And will be using the Fox Farm trio of nutes Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom when needed. I am using Distilled water PHd down to 6.5. I am using some LST on them.

Be careful not to overwater. The most common mistake and hard to resist. Read Emilya's watering tutorial.

Week 4 Doing some LST and 1/2 strength nutes.

Week 5 and letting them do there thing. Are these into flowering yet? And when do I apply my Pollen?

Going with full FF trio nutes schedule. And plain water every other time. Still tucking leaves. Have been playing music for them. They seem to like Zepplin and Floyd who new? Just letting them be who they are going to be.

I would be tempted to increase the size of your pot.

Your early LST might very well have paved the way for spreading this out a lot more now and getting an explosion of new growth if you double the footprint by tying down those colas at at least a 45 degree angle.

Looks like you're doing mighty fine. For me the hard part is waiting till they're ready for harvest

Thanks for the reply's and it makes me happy that I am not hurting them. I will be trying to bend the taller one over but my tent size is making it hard. I have 3 plants in there already and trying to keep all bud sites loaded with light and tucking leaves 2 or 3 times day is a pain. Again Thanks for all your info.

What is more important - weed or floor space ?

A bigger tent would be nice maybe Santa will bring one. I want to make sure I can grow them and harvest them first before I go bigger. Who knows X-Mas might come early.

I am seeing some leaf damage on my GG#4. I am not seeing it on my Candy Kush though. It's day 59 and 2 days after I watered till runoff. Should I be concerned now I don't want them to die and end up with nothing? Any advice would be helpful.

Week 9 The plants did not like watering till runoff. Have some leaves with browning on them. I am using CAL-Mag with their water today and every time I water with nutes or not. They are some sticky SOB's fingers covered with it after tucking and opening up plant for light. Hopefully the Cal-Mag will help I am so close to the end and do not want to destroy them now. Any ideas will help and thanks again to all who replied so far.
