Glad your all secure. I dont know where i read this but I read somewhere that people were going around at night with flir goggles on looking for heat signatures. I dont know about you but i am considering boobie trapping my room. hahaha. Would love to come into my room with a bear trapped thief. lol.

This room had 25 600w lights and def wouldnt have got a thermal image from outside. was underground and super secure. I think one of my partners has tipped his mate off. so i'll be severing ties and his fingers if i find out its what i suspect! its greed and i hate that, theres more than enough for everyone but for some people its never enough.

On the plus side the location is already emptied and i have everything in temp location so hopefully fix the issue in next day or 2. Gutted though cos was a class grow space.

So i have relocated that grow elsewhere, so i wont be housing any of the plants at this grow. i might include some pics of it in the journal, but i want to focus on whats happening in that tent for now.

I think Thievery is uniersal. If you have somthing other people want, they will try to take it. its a shame.

welcome mate, glad u think so. it'll be a bit of a slow start but will def gather momentum. i'll try to get updates of this grow and others regulary so it doesnt get to repetitive of my other journals.

update:

here is the ice strain i had growing in the tent, cut down 12 days early to make space for my new set up. frosty as hell!

Ive been given gallon bottles of Advanced Nutrients 3 part ph perfect line from my local hydro store to trial so this will be the base nute in at least part of this grow. Mixed first batch this morning, my tap water comes out at ph6.8 and 0.2 e.c. after adding 1ml/litre grow, micro,bloom, ph was 6.3 and 0.7 e.c. Bit skeptical putting this through rockwool as ph is too high, but its supposed to work so we will see. ive put some through a couple cuts i have planted that i forgot to take pics of.

In the aerocloner the first roots have started to show, they've taken longer than usual this time around. placed in cloner 18-10-13 about 10pm, this pic taken 27-10-13 at 9am.

I also have roots coming through on the rockwool which went in at the same time.

the seedlings are taking slowly also. they are showing some burn which is odd as they've only had ph'd water but its nothing major and i expect them to have no issues.

that ice is a lovely lovely strain smoke wise, just doesnt give the yields of my A.M.S. shame.

ok so the first of the A.M.S cuttings has been potted in 6" net pot for DWC. Ive never done coco to DWC so thought i'd try it, think veg time will be slower than using clay pebbles but other than that it should be fine. ive used a cut with short roots, generally i wait till roots are 8 inches or so in length for clay pebbles but shorter roots suit coco as they havent become conditioned to hydro. the plant will be top fed by hand until roots show through net pot, until that time there will be no nutes or water in bucket as its just a waste.

Heres another room ive just set up in a rush, it has half of my moved plants in. 10 600w hps. still need to install extraction and add oscillating fans and put ballasts on wall. think theres 40 plants or there abouts, look a little wilted cos they hadnt had a feed for 3 days. they were flipped 2 days ago. all in 10litre pots in rockwool cubes. strain is ice.

That's a damn nice space there, I wish i had 1/4 of that space, I'm literally growing in a cabinet! That's a lot of watts, how big is the fan you're using?

fan will be a 12" airforce 2 super silent fan or a 10" RVK fan. the 12" will be overkill really but would only need to idle to be effective. Im lucky that i have many places to grow.
