DaTenshi's Grow Journal 2014 - 2015

Yes looking very good. How long have you been revegging and how long has it been in flower?

You dont count the 2 weeks directly after the switch into the 8 weeks of flowering. Im not sure you knew that. Most people dont I suppose. You count the days when the pistils start showing after the switch.

is it just a clear tarp over the plants? Whats the hose for?
That hose is just a pvc pipe that was leftover from bushy's screen, put it there so it can hold the plastic flat ( doesn't show clearly in pics ). Just a thick plastic bag had laying around. Always had the impression the greenhouse needed something like a dome or a tall ceiling but don't know for sure why. Least it makes sense in my head xD

Bushy always had pistils since re-vegetation so maybe that's why I also counted first weeks. That means she's flowering for 3 weeks (almost 4)

Not trying to be a smartass or anything. Just dont want you to short yourself come harvest time. You put in a good amount of work and so I want you to get the best results for it.

Hey! :cheer:

Been a really hot week! The babies outside seem to take the early summer temperatures rather well. Lucky for Bushy she has the AC. Put a small fan I had around on the balcony, plus the draft between the two windows maintains the air moving.

A couple of changes!
Removed Bushy Baby's screen because I wanted to clean a little ( defoliation, cut shaded popcorn buds, actually sanitize her space ).

Put in soil all clones, and threw out some that had no signs of roots ( guess too high temps ), I have a good feeling most of the remaining ones will survive, looking better then my previous attempts anyway.

Took two more cuttings from Smitten.

My recipe goes like that, but I picked it up from another 420 grower called Fuzzy Duck to whom I send good karma for it as it's excellent.

Basically, you put banana peel aside for couple of days and then you shove it in the oven at max temp for about 20 min. Then you just use a blender to work it into a fine powder. What you get that way is smelly, greasy and black flour rich in potassium and phosphorus. Enjoy!

I mixed the banana and eggshells powder with the soil and filled the pots of every girl.

My seeds got returned at the post office. Cleared everything with the guys from GreenParrot seeds, all good now, just a slight delay.

Thanks for reading :circle-of-love:

Good job. Get some nitrogen in those clones as soon as the roots are there.

The recipe is awesome I suggest you stop by conradino23 's journal, he has a great organic grow :high-five:
