You should also probably mix in a fair amount of perlite if you decide to run that Sta-Green, as from what I've seen it doesn't drain for shit.

I use FFOO with 50% Coco. So far everything is great!

I think it does an excellent job. I water about every 3rd day. The coco is awesome.

I think right now would be a perfect time to start germinating! I've seen it take 48-72 hours or more sometimes.

Good choice Flex, I thought you were going to be a knucklehead and try to use that crap soil there for a while. Trust me, you will be happy with your decision to use a suitable soil. I like to mix approximately 9-10 liters of perlite in for a 42.5 liter bag, and I usually throw in a liter of vermiculite and one cup of dolomitic lime. That's just my ghetto mix, but FFOF is a bit hot for young plants and you want to cut it with something like perlite or coco to calm it down. Merry Christmas.

I find that I have to feed a bit with my mix, but I veg my plants for 2 months. Obviously, if you grew smaller plants you could cut it to 50%.

Also got a question what should I do if the bean pops and I dont have my soil yet?
