First Time Grow - Walk In Closet

So I think I finally have enough of an idea to do this! From what I understand you start working it over And then once she's bent over you let it grow up another few inches then bend that section over towards the outside rim of the pot. Then let it grow up another few inches. then just repeat till it's all the way around the pot? Am I warm here boys? Lol my question is should I transplant them to their final pots before starting this? The pots their in are kinda small to do this I think but I'm just guessing.

I transplant when I see roots coming out of the bottom of my pots. But there are other ways to tell. There are people on this site that grow nice plants in just solo cups. I like to transplant when they are in a dry phase for easier transplant to a bigger pot. Some of these other guys might have different ideas though.

If I wanna adjust my cycle is it ok to just leave the lights on for a couple extra hours then just proceed with the 18/6 when I turn them off?

So here's the latest everybody. I decided to go half and half. I topped plant 2 and 3 and started lst on 1 and 4. This was incredibly nerve racking lol I didn't want to hurt them but I feel I did enough research to try. If all goes well with the lst on 1 and 4 while the others are healing from the topping then I plan on doing the same with them as well as the two babies. I've attached pictures so hopefully you can see what I've done? Let me know what you guys think.

Are your plants already in flower? I thought I saw pistils in a couple of shots??? The training looks good man. You'll see with the LST that they'll recoup faster than you think. 24 hrs and boom they've already turned up.

There still in veg right now. There is some pistils on two of them though. I thought these were just preflowers?

Just walked out of the room and did some more workin on the beauties. I have them almost completely bent over now. Not totally sure where to go from here but I think I'm just gonna see how they react for a day or two. They other ones seem to be doing fine since being topped so that was also good to see!

They are, now it depends how long your preflower period is before it switches itself over to full flowering. Some autos go directly into flower some take a week or more. As for photoperiods, they will preflower indefinitely until you switch the lights. Hope that babbling helped...

She's like a brat sister, she's gonna mess up all the work you did. Your job is to reorganize her shoots to where you want them. The main stem, you could make a 90°turn and corkscrew it around your pot. By doing so, all the secondary shoots coming off that stem should and will grow straight upward. These will be your new Colas, keep them at an even height and Voila a nicely lst'ed plant ready to fill out.. How that helps,

Just got done transplanting the 2 big ones and man what a stressful deal lol. Ripping them out of their homes is painful but necessary. Got some pictures of the root systems. They look pretty healthy to me but not totally sure how to tell.

Excellent job yeezus, those roots look great. Only when they get discoloured do you need to worry. You've got some nice root balls, they're going to live the new pots and fresh soil to dig their toes in.

I hope so my friend! I'm really starting to get an idea of how to go about this lst as well. Bumped up the nutes on the 2 big ones to 50% of the labeled dosage. Number 2 seems a little shocked from the transplant so I'm hoping she'll recover. Updates and pics tomorrow!

Stopping by to drop you guys the latest pictures. Everything seems to be going good after the transplant. Plant 2 was all perked back up this morning so that was awesome too see. Number 1s lst is going good I'm starting to get a better idea of what I'm doing. Also glad to report the little ones are starting to take off!
