I have a tip for ya.....aluminum foil is only about 50%reflective but if you use it put the dull side facing out

Wow can't believe I'm just learning this now! Do you like tinfoil? Or do you have any recommendations for cheap ways to keep my box reflective?

As for your deficiency It wouldnt even allow me to look at your older pics but with nutes it could be a bunch of issues. But the ph of your water and soil affect nutrient uptake greatly. Even if you ph your nutes if your soil ph is off then its really not going to help much

Currently I'm checking pH using a liquid test. Do you have any advice on how I can use this to read soil pH?

Yellowing of older fan leafs is common (at certain stages of the plants life) but not as a seedling. High N can cause clawing and burning with holes plus obviously burnt looking tips.

Low N Can cause the older growth to begin to yellow because nitrogen is a moveable nutrient the plants will draw N from older growth to support newer growth and thats why the start to yellow and will eventually die and fall off. But this early in your plants life it should not have been that much of an issue unless your using bad soil. (Potting soils usually have enough nutes and minerals to start the plant off with.

I am no scientist but my educated guess would be more of a ph issue. High P can cause iron lock out and it kind of mimics N deficiencies with the yellowing starting at older growth if that was the case you just have to lower the P Levels IF THAT WAS THE CASE
If I were you I would check my soil ph if that is off it can create a whole mess of issues.

This chart will tell you what affects certain nutrients have on others.

Hope it helps

Remember when you do have a deficiency it does not always mean that there is not enough of that nute/mineral present but just that the plant is unable to recieve them

Thanks for all the advice! I've been looking for more community feedback

Leaving today for a ski trip with the family, be back in a few days. In the meantime, I've got them watered today so they should be good until I get back. The humidity has stayed pretty consistent now that I've got a humidifier (any recommendations on optimal humidity?) Thanks for all the feedback I've been getting! You guys are really teaching me a lot and I can't fully express my gratitude .
