Nice plant by the way. It all depends on density. Like everyone has mentioned if you can't squeeze them it is hard to tell. If they do have some density to those buds you could do real good.
I am going with the fact that you knew what you were growing. Only having 1 plant means you put all your hopes and dreams into just one. I don't see you doing that with something fluffy that didn't produce.
With all that said I am going on the high side. Big tent, Big light, Big pot, big healthy plant. I am going with 8+ ounces.

7-10 gallon pots = 4-6 oz's as were a 3.5 gallon you get approximately 3 oz's - this is a good "gauge" size of pot ? need pot size to gives you a guess-a-ment they look like 5 or 7 gallon

If that is a 48 x 48 tent then that is a 10+ gallon pot. That"s what I was guessing on is that the pot was around 15 gallons.

10-15 gallon - 8 oz's but it all comes back to the cultivator for determining yields !!

good light for that . a person all ways wants more but in your space you would have to get a bigger exhast fan/and or fan ??

hear to the formula for "cfm's" it will figure your needs havt tto get back to find that formula , can't remember cfm's are list on the spect's

Fair play. Definitely doable but I reckon it would have to be a 2 part chop to achieve that. Also depends what size the tent is. If its a 4x4 then id say yer its definitely achievable.
