FLUX was redone sortof .. I think it might turn out to be a reasonable flux when I'm done

DIY cloner, costed 30 euro's for the pump, airstone, a few t connectors and some foam

The lid just goes on top, cuttings in the foam, through the plastic wrap which is keeping the hardboard dry. I'll lightproof the edges with alufoil, and that's about it .. easy, simple, I will move my clones from oasis into this thing, and see what happens

Small tent:

The flowering clone is now at 1 month, 1 week and 4 days into flowering.
The other 6 ladies are 3 and a half week into flowering.

Just watered with full strength bloom nutes, no more N for them .. I might give a little in case they develop a deficiency, but they should have had their stretch. For a 150w CFL grow, I must say I am not disappointed, at all:

They are ready for flowering, showing pre-flowers and filled up the net quite nice. I'm having big hopes for this grow. I defoiled a bit yesterday, and removed most of their skirt, will remove the rest after stretch.

These are their last pictures in veg They just got their first bloom nutes, along with last veg nutes.

Thanks guys It's starting to become a nice operation ... slowly expanding what I'm growing too .. this is too much fun Having some Salvia Divinorum on order, and some nice non-cannabis mystery seeds

And I'm thinking of starting a second strain of cannabis, next to my Exodus Cheese .. I have a hard time deciding tho .. I want something different, and fun So yeah, that be a million strains or so

I'm expecting great things from the big tent, the girls that where just flipped. They are under a semi decent LED panel that I can not name, and a few CFL's for where it does not reach. It's a ~350W LED pannel, full spectrum including UV, it has a dead diode tho, and I dunno it's history. It supposedly had one grow, but I doubt it. It performs okay, and sure beats my CFL small tent.

The small tent has a 150w (2x 75W) fixture, and their buds are developing nice .. I'm quite surprised at how dense they seem to be getting, and how well the lower sites are also growing. I'm hoping for a modest 15 to 20 gram per plant in there, and there are six of them, not counting the flowering clones, due ready in two weeks.

The big tent also has a somewhat failed FLUX experiment going, that I will allow to do whatever it wants from now on, and retry with a fresh clone.

Not counting days any more .. I notice that by not knowing exactly where they are in their cycle, I pay closer attention to the plants. Else I start calculating shit, and go on theory, instead of keep my finger at her pulse.

The big tent just started the flowering cycle 3 days ago .. easy to remember so far The small tent is about a month ahead. On page two (I think) Jan 24, there is a calculated age at that time .. if you wanna know exactly, go look there


I have one cutting in the water reservoir that has 4mm roots atm .. yesterday that was none .. so I guess it's working .. except for the hardboard panel .. even tho I wrapped it in Ceran, it's gotten wet, and is leaning on the water now .. will need to re-think that Might just put a laundry rack on it.

I'm also running a test with rooting in still water vs rooting in soil. I think I'll go with water in any case .. not sure about the airstone yet. No pics of this, sorry, next time

Small update


Everything just cruising along nicely. The big tent is about to explode into bloom, FLUX is kinda failed, but still, she will be a decent yielder I think. I really need to plan her better.

After some defoil and mysting

Small tent, a little over a month into bloom now. I must say, I'm impressed with this small 150w CFL mammoth growlight. I really am.

Clones and ehr ... let's call it CO2 production

As you can see, two of the clones rooted, the rest not so much yet, but they are about to .. not sure why it is taking so long .. but they are still alive and rooting, so meh. I still have plenty of time to get them ready for flowering in the small tent, which will be finished first.

HPS is what gets those softball size buds.... CFL's, LED's, and Floros just cant produce them... I like to call them quart buds because they are the size of my GH quart sized bottles of nutes hahaha.

Today was an exciting day .. I got to unpack a mail-order .. a special one. She arrived all in one piece, and after some proper love and care, will look amazing and be a new addition to the small tent.

Isn't she pretty ? Curious as to who recognises her (You can cheat by looking at the picture through my gallery)

As from now, I have two clones in plastic cups, hole burned in bottom, identical soil, no perlite, They developed roots at the same time. I am putting myself up for failure, the one that is looking best, is gonna get the Bio Nova nutrient line, and had it's first feeding with it just now. The one looking a whee bit worse, will be pissed on Well .. not really .. she'll get urine water, in a 1 to 5 ratio.

I foliar spray my ladies with 'The Missing Link' from Bio Nova .. I will not change that to urine this go, too much hassle.

I'm still debating if I will only replace the NPK part of the Bio Nova line with piss, or if I will just piss on her. Gawd, this is so wrong. Interesting tho. Pics will follow tomorrow .. I'll make a few in a bit .. I forgot .. then I'll take pics tomorrow .. and please advice on what to do:

- just urine for the test plant

- give the advanced stuff from my nute line, but replace NPK and PK with urine

Hah .. too late It feels weird .. but I love experimenting, and it's science, so I have high hopes


Since I'm replying here anyways now, and just took the pictures, here's the experiment:


The slightly less developed cutting, fed with urine in a 1 to 5 ratio, about an hour or 3 ago:

The better developed cutting, fed with full strength Bio Nova Dedicated. See first page for what that is.

Both got a foliar spray with TML afterwards, and will get that daily. Sometimes multiple times a day .. whenever I feel like ik actually. Gives the micro management habit in me something to do .. and the plants love it


Mum, re-vegging quite nicely

Grandma .. looking good herself too ... as soon as I have mum ready for clones, I will flower her I guess.
