My next step would be remove tents to use them as VEG units, room would be flower. Don't see that for a bit.
120s are back in stock end of this month. Can't beat the diode spread and no need for heat sinks!

Love my qb's. Just wait till summer and then I think they'll really shine. My biggest problem was heat last summer and this should do the trick
PW, does it matter what type of flour I use to mix with pollen?
Can I use basmati rice to store with my pollen?
How much pollen would half of my 3 plants produce? Like would that last me for life? hahahaha
I want to go big and not have to grab pollen again from these strains so I can move on to the next ones. Am I aiming too HIGH?

Something like that, yeah. Maybe a slightly broader mixture including some of the 5kk as well. We got our QB in 3000k to flower with but what results can I expect if I use it for a full cycle lol I guess an added supp light for a broader band would work also
I think the biggest difference you'd be likely to see is a denser plant structure. I've been calling them QBs for sake of reference but the units by PFD seem far superior in my mind. For that exact reason, he has more boards with red/blue/multiple white diodes. At some nice Fv and amp ranges.
Thats why im saving up and getting a nextlight mega led.. same as the qbs but it is full spectrum unlike the boards just being 3k 4k and so on. $1300 light will maximize my potential in flower. Ive looked around and have found nothing better and someone i talk to on here says the same. .
Two 320w hlg kits would equal to one of those lights but for the extra $400 ill happily pay it cause the full spectrum will increase potency quite a bit in my mind.

The Quantum boards 3000k will veg and bloom for the entire cycle. That's what I get just for that reason.
Interesting so they will veg too that's a good thing. We will wind up doing a full cycle with the QB for sure then.
Cool stuff there justmeds... saw they have a workforce.. wonder if they would allow me to work from home?? . I just didnt quite see where i could buy any of their products.. looks like its all just research and development. Really promising lookin stuff though! .

You'll be happy with them in veg, I just use non rising flour and regular white rice. Don't think wild rice or basmati would be any different as long as it's good and dry. Just not sure on life span of pollen stored in a freezer.
