Dropped 5 seeds last night. Tonight they went into the germinator. Let's hope this goes better than my previous attempts at starting seeds

You’re good man. We’re ready, ask away!

I’ve gotten to where I drop them in a shot glass full of spring water, set them above the fridge until they crack. If it has a healthy tail by the time they I notice them crack, they go straight to soil about an inch deep.

If not I’ll revert to the ole wet paper towel trick and set it on top of the fridge until there’s a decent tail popping out. Usually a 1/4” is what I go for.

I wept.
It was ONE seed that I really, really wanted to see grow.

I'll sit in and watch this, but you will get much better info from @PGA Caddie than from me on a DB grow.

I germ like AdaminCO and plant them as soon as I get any sign of a tail, but I don't quite plant that deep in my peat pucks. I never liked the paper towel method but some folks use it every time.

I’ve had the same thing happen to me but with Jalapeño seeds. Lol. Ended up just burying the paper towel with the seeds.

Thanks all for joining....I followed the method suggested by the local hydro store...although I did deviate just a bit which I probably shouldn't have. I got 1 seeding out of 5 seeds...

Congrats on getting at least one to sprout! And I have no idea how they can ship clones since their disclaimer only talks about seeds.

@InTheShed I'm following the GeneralHydroponics Flora Series schedule for week 2. Nutes are actually 1/4 strength due to the high temp I'm running in the tent.

Not happy with something, that's for sure! Have you checked with any of the DWC folks to see what they recommend? @West Hippie or @Rexer know their stuff!
