Here is my first regular seed attempt and I have 3 going. The first is one that I have had the pleasure of smoking...Yet. I'm not too sure of showing off what I do, they usually die. In other words, I am not confident. Hell, I can't get tomatoes to grow.

Its going to be a pain in the ass getting out those seedlings in the tray. When you do, little watering to keep to roots tight as possible.
To answer your question:
Transplant when the plant is bigger then the container size. When the leaves pass the edge of pot/container and also taller then the pot/container size.

Are those lights on the same timer? You could slide them a little closer to get a little more diesel out of those lights my friend.

I did have a hard time getting the seedlings out, wasn't sure how, so I did try the water after feeling the root tear.

hey here we go, sorry it's been a while. "Squirrel!"
Some bad picks, I took the light out in the grow room and only have grow lights, so they won't be pretty.

Power went out in my bedroom; I had the AC in the room keeping under 100 degrees and lost both Forbidden Fruits, so my Cement Shoes are still alive. Pictures coming after they wake up.

Somehow, they died I gave them water, ph balance but they had mold in the roots. This will be my last of using soil.
