You could cut off all the fan leaves pointing towards the middle to allow the lower shoots to get more light and kick into gear. If you wanted to do more 
It takes a few days for her just be patient.

depends on how big you want her to get. usually they double in size once you start the flower stretch.

The only prob is i dont know how far i can go with her as lights won't go much higher and it gets too hot?

Then flip her now.
I believe you can flip her too. She is healthy and strong. Take it as a test run, to see how high she gets. Then, next time, you know

Also please can anyone tell me roughly how much water she should be having on average for this size plant, her branches are around 20cm atm and she has 6 main branches pretty please someone reply! Im beggin u!!! Looool
