If in Veg... For how long? - Germinated Aug 17, solo cupped Aug 19
If in Flower stage... For how long? - N/A
Indoor or outdoor? - Indoor
Soil or Hydro? - Soil
If soil... what is in your mix? - MG Organic, MG Perlite and Peat Moss
If soil... What size pot? - 10 inch pot, many holes drilled on sides.
Size of light? - Homemade CFL ballast (x20 23W 5000k CFL bulbs + 1 unknown wattage/lumen rating LED bulb (custom made for a forgetful friend by a hydroponics store a year ago)
Is it aircooled? - Yes, 2 exhaust and 2 circulating fans
Temp of Room/cab? - Just under 80F
RH of Room/cab? - N/A (no tools)
PH of media or res? - Assuming this means water 6.3
Any Pests ? Fungus gnats, treated with 2ml/L in spray bottle, soaked soil and sprayed under leaves.
How often are you watering? Feed/Water rotationally every 2-3 days as needed.
Type and strength of ferts used? Recommended local hydro store nutrients (will post pics below)

We have been browsing forums and various websites to gather as much information we thought we would need before going forward with this project however not everybody is perfect. We are open to lots of constructive criticism and one of the reasons we are here is for help. Thanks again I hope you are excited as we are and everything turns out in the end.
I decided to start doing this journal last night in hopes to get assistance and share with the community and I apologize in advance for any lack of pictures up until today.
We are just doing this for fun and are complete beginners, not hoping for a huge yield just seeing what we can do.
The strain we acquired is called Freedom Dream. It is a high CBD strain. We were sent 100 seeds from Overgrow Canada (Dana Larson) as some part of a campaign he was running to get recipients to plant seeds in public places. * reading some forums and people have mentioned it's an auto flower strain. How can I tell if it's AF?
We began building our grow area while the seeds germinated. Ended up with 12 seedlings, planted 12 into solo cups. The 'ballast' was hooked up and seedlings transplanted from solo cups Aug 25th into 10 inch pots.

Any idea about this light at all just by looking? No model number or anything..
For soil/medium we took a nice sized Rubbermaid tub and dumped in Miracle Grow Organic soil, Miracle Grow perlite and Premier Peat Moss, mixed it all up and called it a day.
I currently have 7 plants in 7 pots and as 'something to do' we put the remaining seedlings all in one pot. The box is on a 24 hour light cycle.
All of the plants are LST(to the best of my ability/knowledge) and I recently topped 1 plant and I'm thinking about doing another.

The temperature inside the box is sitting around 80F. The two PC fans you can see wired in are 4inch fans currently being used for exhaust and the two clip on fans attached to the sides of the box are 8inch or 10inch I forget. Unfortunately I don't have the means to test the humidity inside the area.
So far they have been growing farily good I think, aside from the fungus gnats I have been dealing with the past couple of days, however they seem to have gone away completely. I'll probabaly still do another treatment in 72 hours like the guy recommends.
These are the nutrients I have
I'm a little confused on how much water I should be giving them each water/feeding inside these 10inch pots, I think I causes the fungus gnats from watering too much and leaving the top of the soil dry..what is the whole deal with runoff?
I would really like to see what the sex of these plants are soon and I'm wondering if it's too early to do so. If they end up being male I think we're going to scrap them and start a new, high THC strain.
Also interested in light proofing the box some more but not sure how to get around the PC fans.

I am now an expert, but first pictures looks like males aswell, female plants show white hairs called pistils. These looks like balls at early age. Well hopefully you'll get some females. Anyway Im in, waiting for updates 
really unfortunate. I just popped two feminized sour diesels and I'm going to grow them instead. I am not sure if I want to start a new thread or not.. is there any way I can have an admin change the name of this one or possibly delete it so I don't litter the subforum
I cant answer that question, but I guess you should be able to press report button to report your own thread as closed and then start new one.
