Hey WnF you're off to a great start with your ladies and you have the setup to absolutely kill it..I have a feeling your journal is gonna be a gold mine of information.

It was very cool to smoke my own, finally..looking forward to some scissor hash sat!

great stuff marley. your set up is right around what i was thinking. im anxious to see what you come back with being that im convinced ill be doing a scrog in the very near future. what dimension do you use for each plants screen? do you think it could have been expanded to yield more?

Screens are 11x12.5". Yes I could get increased yield from bigger screens (though I am limited by space) but the ladies would also need a longer veg time.

Don't take too much from w/e I might yield. This is my first time doing this and I missed out on a lot of screen bcz of first time noobie mistakes. Other's have proven you can get at least a ounce a plant from a setup in my space scrogged.

That's my plan for the future..4 ounces per harvest, going with at least 2 different strains per round. I'd really like to run only Sativa strains as they are my fav and dispensaries suck at producing good Sativa's..growers want money and are impatient to wait for a good product. I don't mind flowering for a few more weeks if I can grow some sweet Sativa..I'm a haze guy and will be looking to get into them after a couple more grows.

I did get some pics before lights out. Gonna try and get them up today, but super busy at the office. I'll def let you know my thoughts after the dark period, though I don't have a non dark period to compare it too.

So many journals I can't keep up with, my inbox is full of 420mag alerts. Hopefully get around to everything soon.

Nope I haven't peeked yet. I am not gonna give em any light till I'm ready to chop. First thing Saturday I'll unzip the door and chop em down.

I really wanted to get individual shots of the plants out of the cab, but it would have been too risky as it is fairly difficult to get em out with the buds all over the place.

I imagine it is going to be a pain in the ass to untangle all the branches from the Scrogs. I'm expecting a huge, sticky mess.

i think I'd let that Arrowana go in some river where there are snakehead or asian carp. I know they are badass fish ..and maybe they would eat up the crap that doesn't belong.

Thanks yo, me too! I would be quite happy with a few z's on my first grow. You should have seen my 'zoo' back when I lived in San Diego..I could have seriously charged admission into my apartment.

Awe, but he's so little he would never survive. Can't wait till he grows up a bit, hes gonna be one big feeding machine. Goldfish beware!

Freaking awesome scrog! That's another reason I'm going to 1 gallon hempy, changing out nutes in DWC is killing my back, and it's a pain with scrogs.

Hey Zombo and welcome to my thread! Yes hempy's are awesome, by the time you need to water the pot is crazy light. I used 2 gal buckets so will be even more so with your 1 gals.

Haha..was stuck all weekend, good thing I had about 12 different strains to smoke on while trimming or I imagine I woulda cooked up a bunch my freshys for a quick dry smoke.

The word is, I'm tired! Haha..spent virtually all day saturday, and half sunday cutting down and trimming my 4 ladies. I have no idea how people do this with more/larger plants. Craziness I tell ya, glad to be done and can't wait for a final weigh in!

I will post some pictures and whatnot when I get a bit of time. Just wanted to hop on here real quick and say that everything went well. Took me about 3-4 hours of trimming per plant..ya I'm slow.

The Larry's were a pain in the ass, but in a good way! Sticky resin all over the place, managed to get a bit of scissor hash from em..the Diablo's on the other hand produced none! They were not very sticky at all, though they look alright.

Real excited for the Larry's, hopefully will be impressed with the Diablo's but not hoping for a whole lot.

I will be starting my new grow after these guys dry as I'm using my cab for drying.

Looking to grow Strawberry Cough and Alien Dog next grow. Trying to get some clones locked down, we'll see!
