If you go and look in my photo album ALL of the plants in the tent were stripped before going into flower except for the 1 on the front right in a 1 gal. Smart pot. I did de-fol about at most 2 weeks ago.
The 1 in a 3 gal smart pot was not defoliate, back right.

Thank you S1ingblade, its just 50% coco-25% vermiculite -25% perlite with 6-5-3. Minerized with 97% Ca.-SRP-Gypsum and using fish emulation. I just started using w/c in tea form. I also have Hi-Brix started, cannot wait for them in the flower tent.
