Freakshow

I happen to have two extra grow containers open and i have two freakshow seeds left so let's see what happens. I've done this strain before but i know i could do much better this time. I'm going to grow them in my high pressure areoponics again with bigger lights this time. Last time i didn't do any training this time I'm going to try and spread the canopy out and utilize the new lights. I'll be using general hydroponic nutrients it seems to run through my system with little problems. The first week will be equal grow, micro and bloom plus a little hydro guard I'll shoot for 350 ppm after that I'll complicate it an add other nutrients.

Decided to go ahead and start adding more nutrients and did a water change I'm going with the general hydroponic recycle schedule.
I'll start off with 5 gallons of ro water so it'll be 0 ppm to start and add a little under half the recommended dose to start off. 1100 ppm sounds a little strong to me for now.
ArmorSi 3ml
Calcium mag 5ml
Floramicro 15ml
Floragrow 20ml
Florabloom 5ml
Rapid start 10ml
Floralicious 2ml
Diamond nectar 20ml
Flora blend 20ml
Hydroguard 9ml
I did my last kwazulu and my current blueberry with this schedule with some minor tweaks depends on the strain but worked good so far. I also have four black sugar from Seedsman in with this grow. they're a little less than a week ahead of the Freakshow hopefully both are happy with the same nutrients schedule.
Got to love the crazy leaves.

Hey Wrecked11 check out my Freakshow clone thread, crazy bonkers genetics, putting her in to 12/12 today, come and join the party bro :ganjamon:

Seems to be going good the ph was low this morning 5.5 i try to keep it around 6 but this seems to happen until the roots get established. If it keeps giving me troubles I'll turn on the ph doser and get it under control. Freakshow is a strain that's crazy to grow from seedling all the way to the end i love the leaf structure always puts a smile on my face every time I see it.

Already looking freaky 💚

Since this is a little slower growing strain I'm going to run with week 2 nutrients schedule again with higher ppm than last time maybe around 750 ppm. The ph doser is keeping everything at a ph of 6 next week I'll turn off the doser to see if the ph is stable yet. it usually doesn't fluctuate once everything is happy.

@Wrecked11

I'm pulling up a chair for this one if you don't mind. I put my rockwool w/starts in net baskets on Nov. 2nd also.
I'm also growing hydro, but a little different procedure in a 2 x 3 cabinet.

This should be interesting.

Went to week 3 nutrients recommendations but cut it back just a little
ArmorSi 8ml
Calmag 20ml
Floramicro 40ml
Floragrow 40ml
Florabloom 20ml
Rapid start 10ml
Floralicious 4ml
Diamond nectar 40ml
Flora blend 40ml
Hydroguard 8ml
To 6 gallons of water it brought the ppm to 1000 and a Ph of 6.
They are slower growing but i think they're going to take off this week.

I stop in and take a look at the progress of your Freakshow. Since I saw photos of this strain when it was first released I found it fascinating and having real potential.

One of the big potentials that I saw was that it is a perfect plant for an outdoor grow, especially a stealth grow. It would be easier to hide among many common flowering plants or even ornamental plants that are grown for their appearance rather than the summer colors.

There is journal that was running from Jan 2021 till the end of that year that anyone interested in this strain should take a loot at.....

I don't know bout the stealth part once she starts budding and starts to stink.
I chased a skunk through the bush once thinking it was weed I was smelling lol.
Maybe if they bred it to be floral smelling? I have a bunch of freakshow crosses that I've been meaning to grow,
however the trait wasn't easily passed down. I grew 8 seeds last summer (four different crosses) and only one of them had a slight mutation. Was still interesting to see her grow oddly and rewards me with some wicked buds.

@Freedom of Seeds is growing a Freakshow clone atm in their journal.

We can grow legally here as long as the plant is not visible to the public. Since I have a parking lot behind me and a driveway to the parking lot along one side I have to keep the plants blocked from view. A lot easier to do that if the plant does not have the traditional 5 finger leaf;).
