Thanks Shed. This Hash is hitting hitting good. Yellow bag, think it was a 220. smell and high is nice. Think my 3rd run/shake smelled the best.

My Grimm had a couple nanners on tue bottom, took out the spray bottle with water and then picked them off. Not many, but enough to make a mess.
Tied down the mains that were SC on the Grimm.

4x2 veg
Transplanted these 4 in 5gals. Should be nice size when they're flipped end of Feb.

I like the multi bar lights that fill the whole tent. Got one recently. The light intensity is fairly uniform from 12 inches to 18 inches. It doesn't get too hot at 6 inches and it penetrates deeper than my other lights. Only $400 for 640W. Pretty happy so far.

Yep.. I’ve got a 780 W 8 bar style and the light spread is almost completely uniform from 48 inches down to around 12.

The manufacturer recommends I don’t use a tent with it but they’re not my dad so they can’t tell me what to do

You're right. They get a full 48 inches worth of usable light. I was too lazy to bend over that low the first time I checked it.

Yeah.. there’s no external driver, it’s all built into the side rails so those warm up a bit. It’s also a 4’x4’ light but it’s actually 50 inches L and W so you’d have to go with a 5x5 tent at least (or something slightly larger than 4x4). I cannibalized a couple gorilla grow tents and just made a custom size tent.

It’s a commercial grade fixture so I assume it’s also partially a CYA move on their part so when some fool burns their place down being dumb they can say “we told you not to use a tent”

I’m too lazy to move the light itself so I put it up as high as it could go then just checked how far I could get away with not elevating the plants lol.

Made some butter last night. Never made it this way:
2 sticks butter
4 cups water
3 grams hash
Decarb and simmer for 2 hours, pretty nice.

Looks delish! I'd recommend decarb first next time since it probably didn't completely decarb at whatever temps butter and water simmer. Still might hit hard enough though.

I did bro, 250f for 20min, then simmered for two hours.
First run using water.
Hits pretty strong, ate a cookie and it has me shaking..lol

Oh gotcha, I didn't realize you meant decarb and then simmer! Gotta stop reading posts before I'm even out of bed.
