Phototown Color Battle
Grow Day 120
Flower Day 60

The only day when the time in veg is equal to the time in flower. Obviously the day to have a color battle. So let's get right to the action:

1. Ghost Train Haze Bud
2. Ghost Train Haze vs. Hulkberry
3. Hulkberry vs. Slurricane
4. Slurricane vs. Ghost Train Haze

Hi, you look beautiful

I have a question, do you do a PH test before you apply fertilizer or with fertilizer? Thanks for the reply.
Put in calmag then nutrients then you set your ph.
So before you put anything in your pot check the ph.
Stay safe.
Bill

I don't PH test because I'm not using nutrients that need it. If I was using Synthetic nutrients which required it I would ph my Incoming fluids immediately before applying them to the soil.. I would never PH test my soil because if you have a good soil it should be automatically buffered towards the high end, Around 6.8.

Do you only water it with clean water? And may I ask why? Thanks

Not even clean water. I use @GeoFlora Nutrients which only have to be applied once every two weeks. These nutrients are raw organic elements that are processed by the microbes in my soil and the new ones that come in with each feeding to replenish the old. These microbes don't care about the pH much at all, and they keep doing their jobs, pH adjusted or not. And with the microbes that are woken up with each watering and coming in fresh every fortnight, the chlorine in my tap water also doesn't wipe them out.

That sounds good, but from what I've looked at, you probably can't get it.

Please, Something a Little Different....
Grow Day 121
Flower Day 61

It's hard to present your plants in a different light and keep it fresh when you can only get so many different angles on your grow. I've been struggling to try and keep you guys engaged on this. Lol.

So here's today's porn. I tried to hunt out little, very low on the plant, but in a very colorful pocket, buds from each plant so you can see what the little forgotten buds are up to. The ones shown here are as low on the plant as I can access and still get a decent picture. And they're not actually forgotten, lol. Each one has a surprising amount of bud attached to it. There's really not that much flarf at all on these girls. Of course it's kind of hard to tell till I harvest them.

Pictures:

1. We'll begin with a large Hulkberry cola. This is intended to show the plant fattening up sweetly.
2. This picture is a nice comparison pic between the Ghost Train Haze (L) and the Hulkberry (R). You can see the GTH outfrosts her by a mile. The Hulk is pretty frosty too, but the GTH is ridiculous. Likely connected to her supposed 30%+ THC content I assume? That said, the Hulk is supposed to be up to 28-30%, no slouch either and not that far off the GTH....
3. This is a Slurricane bud. I tossed this picture in cuz I loved the leaf color - kind of between rose and purple - never seen that particular color in one of my grows before. Very sweet.
4. Lower, relatively hidden Slurricane bud.
5. Lower, relatively hidden Ghost Train Haze bud.
6. Lower, relatively hidden Hulkberry bud.

At least it's not the same old bud pics. Enjoy.
