I'm also truly sorry about the job....not the best biz to be in in this political climate...just surprised to hear they are just shutting down, no ideas that biz was that slow for them? That just sux, and I'm just starting to think of all the peeps that may have depended on that grow club or what ever the right word is, that you worked in, too, and now they are poo-poo outta luck....Well, I hope for everyone's sake that you get another, BETTER job, and that everyone who depended on your grow center for meds gets another place to go to for what they need, or if they can, just start planting their own...And I hope most of all for you and the new wife to have a GREAT GREAT GREAT HONEYMOON!!! Have fun but don't break nothin' that can't be glued back together...
By the way, you might want to chain down the monster plant when you leave cuz I think she's about big enough that she's growing legs under all that is gonna jump up and run off on ya! LOLOLOL!!!! rotflmfao!!!!:goodluck::love::popcorn:
 
thanks shag, and congrats on all the good things you got goin on in life, sounds good, besides the job thing though, but if you work like you grow you should have nothin to worry about lol..but yea thanks again, and about the nutes, i've only givin it to them twice and it was only a tiny amount so i think switchin them, if i do it at a slow rate and just increase the amounts that i give them as i go should work out ok, hopefully, but if i do it like i read in the growers bible it should be fine..

fast is beginning to be an understatement lol. im already siting on the beach in my mind just to cope and relax with the pace......i thought that planning this a year ahead would make it easyer.... 3 weeks!

Twelve i would love to start my own op.... just dont have the funding to do so....But.... i am starting to feal that haveing that job end was a good thing....:)
 
Rv. the Business didnt go under.. just our OPC (optional premise cultivation) site.
the owners (2 of them) split.... My boss... just pulled the plug.... he is not a Colorado resident and you have to be one for 2 years to work in the businesses now... he wanted to continue to be a silent partner.... owner of the shop wasn't going to risk his business.
so i completely understand!
alot of new things came to light with them over the past month that was making me uncomfortable as well.... i wouldn't be surprised if the do go under though... not for lack of customers though..... there are plenty of them!
theres not even a lacking of MMC's either... i know of over a dozen with in 20 min of me....

so the good news is that i i might already have a new job lined up!
find our monday! if not i have a few other places that might take me:)
another note that i found out and thought was cool is colorado has a Medical Marijuana Staffing Company! and they dont have enough Qualified applicants so i might just have to drop something in there!
Everything happens for a reason!... maybe ill even make more money!

god.... when i said everything happens for a reason i guess i meant it..... ive had a great morning.... i dont think it could be better..... i got a new job! another job as a grower! Whew! didnt think it would happen that fast thats for sure!.... the crazy thing about it.... had the interview this morning and left a few references, one was an old roomate from my home town.... well unbenounced to me hes in town.... and was driveing around,,, stoped for coffie and went in to the dispensory that was next door...yes the one i just got hired with!... one thing led to another and our home town came up.... the boss asked if he knew me....roomate for 2 years!... im still in shock in how that happened.....of all of the MMC in the Denver metro area... he goes in to the one i was in not 20 min before......
its true! the Universe unfolds as it should and everything happens for a reason!..
just kinda trippy.... i guess im ment to work with this club!
and they pay me more!

Congratulations on the new job brotha sounds good!! and i feel the same way, things do happen for a reason, shit now i just gotta find my ass a job, i wish it came as easy as your did because times are startin to get rough, i just gotta put more into it, i've been kinda lazy about it, which is not good at all.. but definitely congrats on you behalf, way to go,, on another note i finally posted a bunch of pics, if you got a minute come check me out..

now on the plant front!
My Ak, trying to decide if its time for her 72hr dark..... shes day 81 from rooting in 12/12. and has now been getting plain water for almost 2 weeks.

a quick note on my feed process, right before i start my "flush" i give my lady's a nice feeding with just the Bio pac (beneficial) and cococat, this boosts the ability for the plant to work threw the stored Nutes better and helps for a cleaner smoke in the end.
after that its just water Ph'd to 6.2 (5 drops of cococat is added to every feeding till the end as it just feeds the Mycros and other beni's)
i have tried some of the flushing agents and though i think they work well i still felt that i could taste the flushing agent in it.... call me a purest....
i tend to flush at minimum 2 weeks and never have any flavor of guano or any of the organic nutes.
being that ive been a Chef ive created a very large palate, im all about flavor... taste.... texture.... presentation.....
as you will see once i get my smoke report finished....
im rambling.....
time is going slow today lol....or maybe it was the Matanuska Tundra i just smoked lol
 
Congrats on the employment. Wouldn't worry what they think, odds are they think exactly that & hired you anyways...assuming they even know the friend is only visiting. You got hired on merit, take the compliment, smoke a bowl & stop worrying...about anything other than marriage that is, lmfao.

just have a MMJ card, obtain a MMED support card, have the knowledge and determination and determination..... and more of that...... and even more. lol
at least thats how it is in colorado.... no clue on texas.... do they even have MMJ legal?
 
not sure but its not the reason were moving lol can allways nip away to get one for when im sight seeing lol
