Thanks HazeSeeker,BubbaKush,and dirtfarmer!
Yeah dirtfarmer, she actually has corn borers.Spotted them the other day.
Must be because of the cornfield that did get them this year.
I manicured all the affected branches, mostly undergrowth and will just hope for the best.
If I find anymore damage in the next two weeks she's a comin down.
Those borers can really do some damage.
I would spray but it's too late in this grow and I want to keep her au natural.
She's one big stinky girl though and she's trich'd out! ;)

Hi Minus
You Bertha is amazing. I think she is majestic. I hope she grows to maturity so you get the best you can get from her. A+ for you that you are sharing this grow with us.

Thanks shaggy_420,Tunes420,and fineas!
The bad news got worse.I talked to the farmer that tends the field and he informed me that he has a really bad infestation of borers this year.He said it is going to almost break him.Damn shame....
It rained all day here so I put the rain suit on and took a walk.
I found new damage to some of the smaller bud and basically that was all I had to see.
She's been chopped and hung. After the rainwater dries up tomorrow I will trim off the excess leaf and proceed with a normal cure.
This is a real shame but I had no choice. The borers would have ruined all of my efforts.
I will still get a nice harvest but it will be smaller than I had originally anticipated.
Stay tuned for the outcome! ;)

Here she is save one grocery bag of underbud.
I'll trim tomorrow after she's not wet.

Aww, its too bad she had to come down early. The most important thing is that you can raise some more buddage again in the future.

Yes,it really was too bad indeed. The borers are horrible this year.Lil bit was brought inside awhile ago and she too has borers.
I'm making hash out of all of it and packing my self up to move west.
Take care all,keep on overgrowin!:peace:

This grow is over, please retire it.Thank you 420mag.:byebye:
